The service was absolutely amazing. My glasses were ready in literally 25 minutes and I can see perfectly. The ladies that helped me choose and then fit my glasses were very efficient. Definitely a happy customer and I'll be going back for sure!!!!

Kelsey is incredible! Usually I get overwhelmed when it comes time to select new glasses but this time was completely different! Kelsey made the process super smooth, she's perfectly efficient and she was quick!! Thank you Kelsey for everything, you're amazing!! :)

We have been patients of Dr. Valenti for 20 years - my son and daughter were helped when they were young (my son had been recommended for surgery - with the exercises, he has never needed surgery, and has 20/20 vision - verified by the DMV) my husband after his stroke, my father and me have all been helped. We give our highest recommendation!

Staff is very professional and welcoming. Dr. Eason takes time to talk to you about your exam and what is going on with your vision. A good place to get eye care.

My wife and I were looking for a GOOD optometrist to replace the one we had been going to see for many years. The previous optometrist was good, but he had expanded his practice after several years and it had become too big for us. It was difficult to navigate their phone system, which was completely automated and frustrating. Also, his practice was on the other side of the city. There was typically a wait which was abnormally long for an optometrist. We found Dr. Cochrane after searching for someone close to our home. Dr. Cochrane is very thorough in his approach to the eye examination, and he is personable and friendly. This is important to us. The equipment is modern, and the office is comfortable and not too big. There is enough staff to make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner and there is no pressure to purchase a pair of glasses even if you need to update your prescription. Thanks to Dr. Cochrane and his staff.

This office is a joke. Doctor may be fine but I'll never know because it took calling 5 different numbers to finally speak to someone. Nobody calls you back when you leave a voicemail and when you finally call for the 10th time you get told it take 2-3 weeks to "process the referral" and 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. My son can hardly see due to badly plugged tear ducts. We've exhausted all other options at the pediatrician and optometrist and can't possible wait. The staff doesn't care and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I shouldn't have to fight to receive care.

Love Dr Eddie, but sat in the office for almost 4 hours and finally left, as did others. My time is important and I would have appreciated being treated like a valued patient instead of a stockyard animal. I'd rather drive four hours total and be seen in a timely manner than sit waiting for 4 hours.
