Service was great.

The visit for an eye exam at Riverside Eye Center was extremely pleasant and efficient……. From the time I walked in the door the staff was courteous and efficient. The facility was immaculate and my wait was very short. Dr. Hulst performed his exam with the utmost professionalism and answered all of my questions . I was very satisfied with my visit and all of the staff that I came in contact with.

If I could I would give it a zero. I had to return some glasses because they were irregular. I’m not sure why but they fit crooked. I just couldn’t wear. I spent about 1-2 hours trying to get it returned and the dr began talking to me sarcastically. Not very nice to elderly. Then she wanted to charge a fee for returning glasses. OMG Just don’t go there 😡😡😡😡😡

The receptionist was polite. My insurance wasn’t accepted because I only had my account number. My HSA wasn’t accepted because I had not received my new card. Lens Crafters wanted me to pick out my glasses and come back when I had the actual card in hand. They wouldn’t accept the information from my cellphone. Gas is too expensive to go back and forth for a pair of glasses.

Did not rush info and treatment. I had both eyes operated on with good results.

I highly recommend Dr. Kung and Dr. Chen. I received excellent care for an emergency eye issue recently and the follow up care and results have been great. Even though the office is extremely busy, the office staff is always kind, caring and helpful.

My wife and I have been patients of dr Ross for decades. Very professional and fun to b with.

Too much to list about Dr "M"and staff. He has rewritten the book of professional courtesy,genuine, honest and ultra caring of clients needs and capabilities. Have been an extremely fortunate,happy ,well-looked after and taken care of client for many years. With Dr M,s guidance l can see the future, always clear and bright 🌞 …

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were professional in the way they treated me. Dr Elliott III treated me as a person and showed concern for my overall well-being. It was a great experience, I'll be back.

Took my dad to Dr. Fuller today, the staff is exceptionally nice and caring. From the time you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. The best eye doctor experience ever.
