I thought twice about writing this, but opening my bag with my box of contacts and seeing the second pair of glasses I ordered thrown in the bag with no case was the final straw. First day I left paying $190 with a free eye exam with one pair of glasses and I had assumed, my contacts ordered. When I did go to get my first pair of glasses a very nice associate showed me a second pair identical to the ones I ordered, also on sale, so I ordered those. When i had realized they didn’t order my contacts, I admit I wasn’t very happy. I decided I would wait until the never ordered contacts and the second pair of glasses I spontaneously bought, came in. I live outside of the Quad cities. I go in to get them today and it was immediate snark. I had braced myself for the retaliation that I was going to get for their mistake. One employee had offered to ship them last week and I said “no, thanks though, you don’t need to do that, I’ll come in soon.” I say my name and just as I thought, rude. It was like I was the bad guy. The lady actually told me “we were getting ready to ship your stuff back”. I said,” even after I paid for it?” She was like “yep.” So I was being nice after you messed up twice, I had to make three trips and you were going to send my stuff back? I don’t think so. So I spent over $400 (that includes a free eye exam!) and my discounts from the club and you would send them where? The land where paid for contacts and eye glasses go or were you just being mean? That was glib and unprofessional for grown women. We choose to work with the public or not, competition is everywhere, do better.

Maybe it’s just me. I give 5 stars to the doctor. But I’ve been trying to order my contact lenses for 3 weeks and am unable to get someone to respond. They give you the option to leave a voice message. I left 2 messages in 3 weeks and no response and no contacts. Must be me?

The office staff was incredibly helpful there and patient with me picking out new glasses and trying on contacts. I look forward to my follow up 🙂 …

PREDATORY BUSINESS ALERT. I've been wearing contact lenses for 20 years, renewing my prescription every couple of years. I've just moved so decided to give them a try. My insurance copay was supposed to be $10, but after 2 hours waiting this doctor decided to do a lens fitting that I never asked for, that I didn't need, nor I was informed I would receive. Instead of $10 I ended up paying $120. Businesses like these prey on customer who don't know better. After such a long wait you are tired and just want to get home. Your eyes are one of the most important organs in your body... Treat them nicely and don't visit professionals like Dr. Perez's office whose only interest is just scamming a few bucks out of you.

Dr munoz has been the only eye dr Ive ever gone to. I only trust him. Since hes seen my eyes since i was 12. But Today Ive been trying to order contacts. It says to leave a voicemail and when I push 0 it says mailbox is full. How can I get my script? Since he got this new management, his office personnel has definitely....not been like they used to be. Now I have to ask my parents to find time in their day to go by since this office wont answer. I need to really order contacts. If I wasn't on the road I'd definitely go myself. I guess I'll have to start going to another office to be seen. I honestly don't want to since I know Dr Munoz has been the only one to see my eyes. But I don't know what to do. I'm really disappointed.

He’s a Dr with excellence. He listens and is very attentive. Dr Tittler is exceptional a caress for what’s going on with the patient. I highly recommend him and I have already. Thank you Dr Tittler for being my Dr. I also wanted to thank the staff in your office they serse to be recognized for their professionalism and great listening skills and treatment in the Modesto office. Thank you all you deserve to be applauded.

I absolutely love coming here for my eye exams. I feel welcomed to ask any question and don’t feel that any of my questions are silly. I love the service even outside of the exam itself. The attendees are attentive, calm, and willing to help with any and all concerns. 10/10 service. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
