My experience was excellent. Every person that I dealt with was professional, efficient, compassionate (I was nervous about the surgery!) and lovely. Dr. R.J. Mackool was extremely knowledgeable and had a relaxed and lovely manner. The office was clean and modern.. I feel I will be in very good hands for this cataract surgery.

I highly recommend Luna Optometry. Dr James thoroughly and very patiently examined my eyes, checked my vision and explained the contact lens process and ordered different types of contacts as I have very high astigmatism and was not comfortable with some pairs. The staff are super friendly and kind where everyone try to make sure that you are comfortable with your vision.

We had a good experience with my husband's power based sunglasses. The lady explained all the features and benefits of various kinds of lenses very well. She was very much understanding of our desire to utilize our Insurance in the best possible way, hence suggested appropriate options. She didn't try to up-sell like most salespersons I've heard do. Overall, arrangement is pretty good. Varieties for regular glasses is very good.

Very knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff. Dr. Chen takes time to listen and discuss various options. He always backs his recommendation with very detail explanation so that the patient gets a much deeper understanding of why he recommends one option vs another.

I have been waiting more than six months for my contacts, like many other reviewers. I've spent hundreds of dollars and have nothing to show for it. I've been told several times that it's a supply chain issue, but I don't understand how that can be true. Every other retailer I've researched has had no trouble supplying the same products. This location never seems to have enough staff, so one employee has to juggle several customers at a time, making wait times longer than necessary. I'm beyond frustrated and will not be using standard optical again.

Kim went above and beyond to help my dad when he broke his glasses and needed a new pair quickly. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism. I was worried about leaving my dad without glasses because he is a senior citizen and Kim and her husband pulled some strings and got him a pair within a few days. This place is fantastic!

Wonderful doctor, so patient and thorough. Excellent customer service and great prices! Been coming here for years so highly recommend!!
