After making an appointment on the phone, when we went on the appointment day, they said you did not have an appointment and did not examine us. They made an appointment for the next day. We went that day, my daughter's eye number had changed, so her glasses would also be changed. We chose glasses with my daughter and they ordered them. They said we will inform you when it reach us within 2 weeks. We called after 3 weeks. .They said that our glasses were not ordered. Therefore, we could not receive our glasses. This was a bad experience for us. That is why I am changing our ophthalmologist. And I give you 1 star.

Jill McAdams was very professional during the exam and informative on what she was doing. When she was finished, she said what she found.

Had a nice experience with Dr Bloch. My eyesite has been getting progressively worse and I knew it was time to update my prescription and probably move to the dreaded progressive lens. Dr Blochs staff called me back immediately and was able to get me an appoint without a long wait time. The front staff and opticians were friendly and funny and helped me pick out a pair of new frames. They seem to really enjoy helping people pick a style that works for them. Even Dr Bloch joined in the search and was listening to what I like. I feel like Dr Bloch is a more Old-school style Dr. He doesn’t have a bunch of flashy tools or high pressure tactics. He was upfront about additional charges and you could easily opt out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends

Dr. Sweeney is a miracle worker. Your eyes will thank you for coming here. I wish the scheduling staff could keep up.. Be prepared for scheduling mishaps without without apology…. Very dismissive regarding their own errors, which is frustrating. They do not respect your time.

Today is the worst visit I ever had .basicaly I have been here since 9 :40 am and still sitting in waiting room .

I have been going here for years. Everyone is always helpful - Stacy goes above and beyond for everyone she helps! She is always so patient and accommodating - she even went out of her way to get me new glasses over the weekend when I lost mine!

I Do Not recommend Doctor Rachel Epstein MD to Anyone!!! Iwent in for my appointment and she would NOT even Answer any of my Questions I asked her what was my eye pressure in my eyes and she would not even tell me!!! only responds I could check and never answer my questionand and when I continue to ask more question she more or less did not want to tell me and when I asked her about what happens after my operation she told me I already told you that So More or Less Doctor Rochel Epstein would not answer any of my questions!!!! About the operation that I was going to have Do And very unfriendly This is NOT the type of Doctor that you want to be operating on Your Eyes!!! Rachel Epstein MD failure to answer any of My Questions The ATTITUDE by Rschell Epstein MD IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I am now looking for a Different Doctor to do My Cataract Operation
