I want to say the customer service was excellent. Front desk was nice and helpful. When I went to the back with Deryne he carefully explained everything and had me smiling and laughing. His energy was so welcoming. He really made me feel like I had made the best decision by choosing Americas Best!!!!!!

Everything about Eye Care West is outstanding. The doctors and staff are professional, friendly and helpful. They never rush and will gladly take the time to answer all your questions. The frame selection is also outstanding. Whenever anyone comments on my glasses, I happily share my feelings about Eye Care West.

After visiting Dr. Chu's office, I must say that she is by far the best optometrist (OD) I have ever seen. She is very patient and caring. Even our 5 yr old was very happy with her! And, I can't thank enough Zahra, the technician. She was super helpful in going above & beyond to fulfil my request. Eventually, we ended up getting 10+ glasses from the office. The only thing I wished for, was a bit more frame variants.

I'd recommend this optometry office to anyone with no hesitation. The initial evaluation(?) was performed by a courteous and welcoming assistant (too bad I forgot to get her name) in no time. The vision exam was completed seamlessly by very experienced Dr. Chang too. It was then followed by amazing Ms. Marina who provided me with precise advice and exceptional assistance to find a beautiful pair of frames that perfectly fit my facial structure. And the whole experience took just 40 min from the time I entered the office to the time I exited there. I'm sure everyone else who works there is as nice and good as them though. Thank you sooo much!

The people in this office are seriously awesome. They take your care very personally and the whole vibe in there is just GOOD. I appreciate finding this office so much!

I highly recommend Dr. Bray! She is very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. I first went to her eight years ago during her early years of practicing when she was in the office of Dr. Wing in Ceres. At that time she found a rare condition that I had. Recently I noticed that I now need glasses. Dr. Bray had made such a big impression on me years ago so I tracked her down through Google and found that she now had her own practice in Modesto. The moment that I walked into her beautiful office, I was greeted with smiles from all of her staff members. Lupe signed me in, also started the eye testing, and then finished the appointment with me after Dr. Bray examined me. She was very patient and a big help while I was being indecisive on which pair of glasses to purchase. She was also very sweet and made me very comfortable. Today I went into her office again to pick up my new glasses and I was promptly helped by Kathy. She also was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with her. If you wanting exceptional care and a friendly atmosphere this is the place to go!

Stephanie was great! She was patient with me and helped me pick out two pair of frames. I felt her honesty and she did not try to ‘sell me’ on what to buy. Looking forward to getting my new glasses! Thank you Stephanie!

Terrible! From start until, I got my full prescription so I could go elsewhere to get my glasses. I new better to go to walmart. Only bonus is you can get in quickly.

I was seen without an appointment even though they were busy, they did their best to squeeze me in. The doctor was sooo so nice, he made sure all of the equipments are clean before use and made sure my new prescription is perfect for my liking.
