During my last visit, after eye test performed, waited 15-20 minutes in exam room for consultation. Doctor Titone came in for less than a minute and finished. Not even bother examine my eyes but told me to come back in 6 months. It's noth worth spent time and money for such a consultation. I will not recommend anyone to see such a busy Doctor, who was preoccupied with other things but spent almost no time for a patient. No more future visit!

I highly recommend Dr. Boop for your eye examinations. He did a very thorough exam, informed me of what he was doing every step of the way and answered all my questions of concern during my visit. The staff was very warm and welcoming, pleasant office experience that you don't see very often in this day and age. I was very pleased with my Rx glasses, they were perfect!

I took all 3 of my young children in for their eye checks, my youngest being 3 and autistic. I was worried about how hectic it was going to be but they were so patient and caring. They even let my son help with some of the tests. Absolutely recommend!

He's the best! The entire staff is warm, friendly, professional. I had damage to my right eye from birth. My vision was 20/100 in my right eye. Dr. Groat did a laser procedure on my eye before my cataract surgery. Post cataract surgery follow-up appointment today. Even before total healing, my vision is 20/30 left eye and 20/25 right eye. Had my first appointment yesterday morning. I was warmly greeted and promptly invited into the exam room (I was the first appointment of the morning). Dr. Bhakta was very welcoming and friendly. He explained everything clearly and slowly, and the entire process was very smooth and seamless. It seems like the office is super busy (the phone was ringing off the hooks while I was there!) and I forgot to schedule my follow-up for next year on the way out, but I'll definitely be back!

Dr. Ayalew has been great but the customer service to receive my contacts has been the worst I have ever experienced in 2 decades of wearing contacts. The office team are nice people but every time I go, there is some issue/confusion about ordering my prescription and scheduling a follow up. It took over 1 month for my contacts to arrive when I was given a one-week timeline. Every time I called the office about the status, I received a different response — “it’s being shipped to our office…oops I mean it’s shipped to you”, “It arrived already… wait no it actually won’t be delivered until Friday.” They asked me to come into the office to pick them up, only to find they had mailed them to my house when I arrived. They scheduled me for a contact follow up when it was supposed to be a glasses follow up. It’s ridiculous, frustrating, and stressful. I really hope the service improves because I like Dr. Ayalew but this has been such a strain on my time and really disappointing.

Same issue as everyone else from these reviews over the past 6 months. We ordered frames (not even the lenses), paid for them, were given a date range for when they would arrive, waited well beyond that range, and have since been told that Standard Optical has no idea when they might arrive, cannot even provide a vague 'next month' or 'the month after,' and I can't cancel the order. So, if you enjoy the rush of gambling, consider ordering your frames here. They may even arrive some day. And if they don't, pretty much every single store has figured out a way to only sell products they can provide their customers...so go literally anywhere else that sells glasses until this location can figure out how to....everything. Sounds like the doctor is great though from the reviews.

Ayana was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful when I had went in to get my bow fixed on glasses. She was able to fix my glasses, as well as go over my protection policy I purchased and even went as far to find me another pair to try since I needed a different type of lens. Great customer service! I would most definitely recommend her to assist me again.
