The staff and doctors here are nice and courteous. I paid $65 for the refraction test since they did not accept any vision insurance (which I have). This was my first time here. I have never been denied in the past (and never paid a dime) and did not know the key questions to ask when I made my appt. There is a form you must fill out and sign stating you will be charged the refraction portion of your eye exam. I would recommend that they include it in their new patient online library for future clients. I did not see it there and filled out everything available to me.

Sara demonstrated integrity and unmatched customer support, which led to an Outstandingly Superb Customer Experience!! Andrea Beatty is absolutely the best physician to see for eye care!! Westglen Eye Care will always be my go-to place for the finest eye care around!!

Vary clean, everyone was cheerful. They understood the issue and explained it vary well to me. I took the medication as instructed, and now I feel 100% percent again.

Dr. Jeffery D. Is the best. Staff is the best also. My eyes will not go elsewhere.

I was having trouble reading and seeing things that I needed to sée and you were kind enough to get me in as soon as you could and you were courteous respectful and care enough to listen and.help you didn't hold back or hide any thing from me and didn't try to just give me any pair of glasses you let me pick the ones I liked and I refered you to a friend of mine . .

Never had a Doctor take the time to explain everything to me , plus the staff was amazing. I would never go to another eye Doctor agsin I will stay with them.. I think there the best around .

I was referred to Dr Hatem when I lost vision in my left eye, he immediately got me into his office. His staff has always been great and welcoming. I only have to visit every few years now when the cyst that the Dr found acts up, but I am always remembered and welcomed in. Superb people in all!

It was my first visit with my kids and it was a very good one. I spoke with April when I called for the appointments and she was nice and friendly. On the appointment day, I met April and she recalled our entire conversation on the phone. The office staffs are courteous and very prompt. There is no wasting time.

This is one of the best “Eye Care Group” I ever visited so far!! Place **ambience rating is 6/5**, I am not exaggerating you will feel it for sure !! Well decorated , staff always welcomes you with a smile, provides clear instructions on how/what we need to take care of the eyes. All in all , it’s value for money!! I insisted to give me a computer/blue light glasses but doctors said you don’t need them shows doctors will not put burden on patient pockets unless necessary!!

I haven't had an eye exam in years and the whole staff was great, especially Dr. Angelo. What a nice, friendly laid back guy. I would like to add that Dr Angelo works with the Lions Club which helps people pay for eye exams and glasses if they are in a tough financial situation, and I never was made to feel like I wasn't a very valued and appreciated client. So again a big thank you to everyone, and to Dr. V for working with an organization that is involved with helping community members
