It was my first time at SightMD. Everything was good from the reception areas to the technician that do all the text before seeing the doctor was all great. The staff was very polite and professionalism was perfect. The doctor was excellent explain all the eyes test that was done for me before seeing him He explain all the result and what have to be done to correct what seemed a little abnormal. I am happy with the service and will stay with this place and the doctor for a long time. I will recommend this place to everyone that I know and anyone that need a good eye place to go

Dr.Unsworth was wonderful and so pleasant. This was my first appointment with this office. I had a contact lens and eyeglass exam and paid as a private pay patient. I ordered my contact lenses from an online vendor as the cost at Dr.Unsworth/Reid’s office was more than twice the cost. No brainer- I wasn’t going to pay such high premium for the same product. The doctor gave me trials as any optometrist would. My contact lenses shipment is arriving few days later than anticipated, and I would need three more days of contact lenses as I would run out of trials. I contacted the office to ask if they can provide few more trials and explained the situation. They refused as I didn’t purchase the contact lenses through them despite having the doctor’s appointment there and paying as private pay without insurance hassle. The provider I used to see previously accommodated me without questions asked when I encountered a similar circumstance before-I also didn’t purchase contact lenses from them either as the cost was much higher. The only reason I changed providers is because I relocated and the distance was too far. I am disappointed with this treatment and do not feel valued as a patient. I will look for another provider for my next yearly appointment.

As a first time patient of LensCrafters (Oaks mall location) I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The front desk staff that checked me in were friendly and inviting. The technicians that prepare you for the provider were all very nice as well. Dr. Eman Akbik, DO, was fantastic. She was fast and courteous. She took the time to explain the tests, imaging and results and answered any and all questions I had. Moving on from the visit to the glasses showroom, there were SO many cute designer options to choose from. I was provided a tray to hold on to any frames I found and liked. My insurance benefits were looked up while I was shopping and reported to me while looking around so I had a great idea of what my budget was. I picked out 8 pair or glasses frames and 3 sunglasses frames to try on. The young lady that worked with me (Aleysha, I believe was her name) was super helpful and gave her honest opinion to help me narrow it down to just 1 of each. She was also very patient when my card failed to swipe which resulted in me needing to call to customer service. The 50% off promotions let me choose 2 designer frames that I loved. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! 10/10 would recommend and I will be returning in the new year for contacts!

Everyone was extremely nice. Besides waiting over an hour for my appointment it was a nice experience.

Golden Vision in San Gabriel offers eye exams through its optometrist and of course eye wear. The optometrist is friendly and competent. My issue would be the service from the staff in the front. A few of the staff have been pleasant, but the majority don't seem to care too much about what they do rather they go through the motions of selling eye wear. When we went in to pick up my wife's glasses nobody could be bothered to greet us and the lady that retrieved her order simply handed them to her and barely waited long enough for my wife to put them on before leaving.

If you are going for a routine exam with standard care I would say go for it. If you need any type of specialized RX especially for contacts skip this office. Its unfortunate they are not equipped to deal with it. I had a visit almost a month ago and explained several times not only to the DR but to his staff my daughter wears special RX for her contacts. DR assured me it would be ok. Four weeks later I have NO contacts for my daughter. The "trial" contacts the ones they have in I was advised the right one would be ok but the left eye would be a bit blurry? I had asked to have the old RX sent from the other Physicians office (they fit perfect and not a problem) I called numerous times to see if her trials were in. The office handled this inadequately. Instead of jumping thru hopes I have to call my insurance file a complaint and simply get her eye exam redone by what I hope is an office more adept in specialized eye care.

Dr. Miyamoto is absolutely amazing. He truly cares about his patients & takes the time to provide the absolute best care possible. I highly recommend him. Everyone at the office is warm, welcoming and friendly. You will also find a wonderful selection of eyewear as well.

Dr. Anderson is a great optometrist!! Have been a long-time client. He is very knowledgeable on all the latest trends, personable and professional with friendly and helpful office staff! Highly recommend.

I was able to get an immediate appointment. The supporting staff was welcoming and helpful. Dr.Kuc is personable, attentive, and I felt I was in good hands. He took the time with me to evaluate and discuss my problem.
