I had a great experience, everything ran very smoothly. Dr. Soscia and his assistant Patricia are very professional and explained procedures in great detail. Christine the Patient Care Counselor was very knowledgeable and did a great job of scheduling my procedure and explaining financial concerns.

It had been a while since I needed glasses for computer screen viewing. I treated myself to lightweight comfort for my travels ahead. I purchased both night and day driving glasses along with my computer screen viewing glasses. The service provided to me was excellent. From the exam to the product fitting, I was treated with respect and patience. Well done!

I have been going to Washington Eyecare for many years, when they were Freeds Optical. I have always felt that Dr. Kimmeth was thorough with the exams but her time management has always been very poor. At my last visit the front desk staff got me checked in, then the young lady took me back to take my blood pressure & eye pressure. I was then placed in the exam room to wait for the doctor. I knew it was to good to be true when everything was going so smoothly. The doctor had a contractor there who she was walking around the office with showing him what work she wants done in and around her office. Needless to say once she came in to me she was speeding through my appointment. I began asking her about the test that were done. She actually looked surprised that I asked. It was obvious to me she was not going to discuss test results with me. She constantly operates in rush mode, with no consideration for the time I have been waiting. Shes at work and I have to get to work. I was the first of four patients waiting for her to finish with the contractor. I will not be going back to her. I will say she has a full staff and they do their part but the doctor isn't doing what she needs to do in managing her time. The contractor should have come before or after patients hours.

My family and I love going to Fields Family eye care. We are all seen by Dr. along and she is just amazing. Explains everything perfectly. What is also very important to me is that she is so gentle and patient with my children. We never feel rushed and the staff is really helpful. Thank you for making our visits pleasant.

Have been coming here for years and they’re always so friendly and helpful! Especially Diana Jimenez! They quote you and help you with any questions you might have before/after purchasing. 10/10 recommend!

The day of service was all great however, they were unable to even have a log in for the insurance to check on the benefits, I had to wait about 1 hr to get taken care of. Then they submitted the claim with the wrong date of service screwing up my Vision benefits. Subsequently they tried to refuse service after they submitted the claim because they are not happy with the money the insurance will give them as deals between vision providers and insurance providers are made, they do not have anything to do with the patient. I called to follow up several times only to deal with attitude and lies indicating they were waiting on my insurance however, when I called my insurance they indicated that they are just waiting on a new corrected claim. This has yet to be resolved and it has been 24 days.

Wow! I’ve never had such an excellent experience with getting new, prescription glasses as l had today with Sterling Optical. Their personnel are GREAT. So accommodating and friendly. Mike Hutchins took the time to go over all the different options while considering the cost of my budget. I am so excited to receive my new glasses and will definitely be a return customer! By the way, they have a phenomenal selection of eyewear. Thank you.
