I had a great experience! The facility is modern, with the newest and best equipment. The doctor is so kind and did such a great job, especially nailing down my prescription. I can be indecisive, and he is very patient. The staff made me feel right at home. I highly recommend!

This is my third year going to Capital Eye Care. The staff is fabulous, friendly, and thorough. The Dr is amazing! I highly recommend Capital Eye Care for your vision needs.

The fact that I have insurance or spend money on contacts when I’m running low on them, it’s a hassle getting a few extra or “trial” pairs from them until the order is in. I feel if you’re my eye doctor then what’s the issue. I’ve been with them over 8yrs. I will no longer support them. Thanks for the time.

A person that comes here to review her office is because they loved her expertise and experience! Where do I start? First of all, Karina is the best such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable, and her customer service is amazing. Extremely patient, she's a great teacher, and articulates how to put on contacts and the different forms you can do so. And Dr. Than is the BEST!... Very through! (extremely) makes sure you are well informed about everything concerning you eye health, I came in for contacts a week before traveling and she was soooo helpful in working with me to help me get tested, ordered the trial contacts to get them as soon as possible, worked with my schedule and made room for me in her already busy to come try them on and test them. Before you leave she sits you in the chair again to make sure that your contacts are moving more than normal when you are blinking. I'm telling you, you walk out of the office worry free. Simply the best! I'm sooooo grateful for everything she has done for me, literally went above an beyond for a new patient she has never met. That's the kind of Doctor she is! Look no further!

This was a waste of my time and of money for a eye exam. They accepts Medicare and EYE Med but have nothing in the way of glasses under the coverages of these two .providers

I'm fairly new to the area and thought I'd try this place since they're in my neighborhood and most of their reviews were pretty good. I dropped by a couple of weeks ago and the lady at the front desk told me the earliest an optometrist could see was a month later and then it would take another 2 weeks to get glasses. So I was looking at waiting 6 weeks to get a pair of prescription eyeglasses!!! 😲 I couldn't wait that long so I went down the road to Walmart. The optometrist there gave me an exam the very next day and a week later I had 2 pairs of glasses. No issues whatsoever and the Walmart vision staff were very helpful and professional.

Every time I have gone in I have received amazing service. Even when the staff is fully packed and busy, or I call on the phone, they are accommodating and move people through as fast as they can. As far as some of the comments from their closing hours, it's Covid so almost every business has shortened hours. And working with Google to change even an address of a business is difficult-we struggle with this at my place of work so I understand. I used to go to the bigger eye care places and NEVER received the amount of time, care and politeness that I have received here. Their prices are now lower for me than the other place I went to. Love this Eye care place and highly recommend! The staff and service are amazing!

Terrible!!! They only have one person on staff and no matter what time you go (10:30am, 12pm, 3pm, or 5pm) THEY ARE ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK FOR AN HOUR!! I even called two hours ahead to make sure someone was going to be there when I showed up and what do you know... have to wait 20 minutes because they are “on their lunch break”. Will definitely not recommend coming here unless you want to wait an hour for someone to come help.

Cheryl Speziale commenting- Dr Valenti and staff are the best! Sonia, the eyeglass professional, was incredible and had great insight as to what type of glasses would be right for me and my style! The girls at the front desk are courteous, professional and friendly! This office is a ten! I highly recommend this group!

Dr Jackson is an excellent eye doctor, he made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. He is very knowledgeable about his practice and has the level of expertise that makes him top notch in his profession.
