I would give them 5 stars but their recent change of hours Monday through Thursday 9-4 does not seem conducive to accommodate a person who has a job. I mean, even the banks are open later one day a week. I am sorry I am going to have to switch because I really liked it there, maybe when i retire I can go back.

The General Manager, Sarah, is the absolute best help. She went out of her way to help my husband and I with purchasing glasses and was amazing the whole time.

Telemedicine is perfectly fine when the process is explained, preferably not only by a promotional video that loops on replay. (It doesn't help when an on-site worker has robotic communications skills.) The service I experienced was clunky, not customer-friendly and slow. There were three considerable, unexplained waits for the distant services (which involve two different practitioners, beamed in from the Philadephia area). All in all, this was one of the most unpleasant health care experiences ever. When I wrote to complain about the specific issues, none was addressed. Go somewhere else for an eye exam. This place's co-location at Costco adds no real benefit.

The office staff were friendly and efficient. The Dr’s assistants were well trained and adorable. Dr G was very professional and as sweet as can be. I was seen on time! I had a wonderful experience!

This was my first experience with Clarkson. It was very positive. They had a helpful, friendly staff who seemed very competent. There was no pressure to pick out lenses after the exam. I had minimal wait time for services (but I know of others who waited way too long). Overall, based on this one visit, I would recommend Clarkson for eye care.

As I was driving to my appointment with Dr. Puzio, I calculated that I've been going to him for about 22 years. Dr. Puzio is very knowledgeable in handling my specific eye condition. I appreciate the fact he personally handles the eye glass fitting. Though I have used other optometrists a couple of times over the years for insurance reasons, I've received better treatment and more personal service with Dr. Puzio. My visits are more like family reunions, giving opportunity to catch up with the families. With sincere pleasure I'm happy to endorse Dr. Puzio.

I had a very incredible experience. They were very helpful. Worked with me and took the time to help me find a lens that I felt comfortable in and that I fell in love with. I have two prescriptions that are uncommon and they were both great priced. Lens were great priced and overall I am quite satisfied. Thank you ladies!!!

My husband Leon was very impressed with thoroughness of exam by Dr. Burger and her assistant Michelle. Dr. Burger diagnosed a condition a colleague in the same practice failed to recognize and proposed a thorough treatment plan. An excellent physician!

I have been going to this lens crafters for years. I have always had great service. I had to get my lenses replaced via the insurance. I had to get my bi-focals adjusted and they were happy to make the correction. They even helped with my safety glasses. Once again I scratched my lenses and had to use the insurance. The staff quickly helped me and I was on my way in minutes.
