I will not be using this Target Optical location in the future. Note, this location is 45 minutes away from my home address as it is the closest Target Optical to me and I have used them for the past 6-7 years. I ordered a 1 year supply of contacts and waited about three weeks before I called to check on the status. When I called I found out they were sent to a very old address. I was told by Jesse Perez (manager) the fastest way I would receive them is if they were shipped to their location and mailed to me. I called a week later and was told they could not mail them to me even though it was their mistake and was told to call Target Corporate to complain, which I did. Now I have to drive 1.5 hours to just pick them up. Be sure to have them check your address!

I purchased glasses and got home and didn’t like them. Pearl Vision happily exchanged my glasses for a different frame. No problems or issues on the exchange. Very happy with the experience.

Note: This review is not a negative for their service, as they are trying..! For the second year running my prescription graduated lenses still have to be corrected. Re last year's June eye test was not corrected until August. So this year I waited until August to be reevaluated - it's now mid October with a second lens evaluation, plus frames, that are still not correct.. (two pairs that include graduated sunglasses. Normal cost total about $800).

I both had an optometrist appointment and went to get glasses from the Vision Center. Both places were very professional and very helpful throughout the process. And, even though I personally don't have insurance, I managed to both have the optometrist appointment along with purchasing two pairs of glasses (with anti-glare/scratch/blue light protection lenses) for under $500. Lola Ayers was the employee who helped me pick out my glasses and she was extremely kind and helpful, explaining anything I had questions about clearly and succinctly. Would definitely recommend this center to anyone!

Best experience imaginable. Not only were the entire staff extremely polite and attentive but the care from the Doctor was exemplary. Jessa was extraordinary in her service and attention to detail. I walked out confident to entrust my eyes to Jessa. Thank you!

Hannah is amazing and helped me find the perfect frames! I drive to Macon from WR just to get her input, because she has an eye for style. She is super patient and very knowledgeable. All the other associates there are very kind as well!! Great experience!

This was my first visit at Berkeley Eye Center. I was very impressed with the staff. They were all very friendly. Sean assisted me in the selection of my frames. He's knowledgeable in that he makes sure they fit your head and are the proper fitting frame design. He was excellent at this, because I tend to not pick appropriate frames. He makes me look good. The wait time for my exam was short, and I was pleased with Dr. Hilton as he answered all of my questions, and he also made some recommendations. Claudia assisted me with entering information for my order, which she handled quite efficiently. At check out Leticia was also courteous and cordial. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your facility You have some friendly, courteous and smiling staff. Great customer service !!!!!!!!👏 👌 👍

I really like Dr. Paulk and his straightforward approach to health. Like others in the office, he's friendly and knowledgeable and just a good guy. I especially enjoy getting in and out quickly. A friend went to another practice in this area the week before my visit to Dr.Paulk and spent 3 hrs just for a checkup. I spent 45 minutes for the same thing. I'm busy, so I truly appreciate everyone's efforts to stay on schedule.

Dr. Andros and her staff are wonderful and professional, always greeting me by name when I arrive. They use state of the art eye exam equipment (no machines that "puff" air into your eyes!), and Dr. Andros always provides a thorough examination, including showing you detailed digital graphics of your eyes/retinas. She answers every question I have, and I never feel rushed to leave. They have a great selection of eyewear from many brands and designers, and the staff is extremely helpful in their suggestions, and taking the time to work with me to find a pair of frames that suits me well and is in style. I always receive compliments from people after getting a new pair of glasses! In addition to my regular eye exams, I have contacted them about other potential eye-health issues, and they are quick to get me in to see Dr. Andros. I highly recommend Andros Gagliani Eye Center for your eye-health needs.

Dr. A. Risko is exceptional and very helpful. She performed a very thorough exam and answered all my questions. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I had an great experience and will return every year. I highly recommend Dr. Risko and this location. Superb professional eye care and customer service!.
