Dr. Donnenfeld and his team are amazing! Especially Kerry and Anjali who made the whole process seamless. I had such a pleasant experience with my LASIK surgery from beginning to end and I could not be happier with my incredible results. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!

You are in and out quickly, online registration is painless, and doctors are super friendly. Equipment used is top of the line, and they really take the time to explain and consult. I really feel like we got the correct prescription with University Vision. They are great with kids too!

My experience with Dr. Lee, Dr. Hwang and the entire staff at both Walnut Creek and Antioch through the process of cataract surgery have been amazing. Kim, the coordinator, has gone out of her way to help me through the SDI enrollment. The clinics are very busy, so I anticipate that sometimes there is a wait. I'm okay with that. The fact that they accept my Medicare and supplemental help immensely.

Today I went to 2Eyes Vision Ctr with my daughter. We arrived early and the staff started dealing with us right away. The areas were clean, the staff friendly and professional, and the service was excellent! I was pleased to see all the modern equipment available. From our experience, we would definitely recommend anyone to give 2Eyes an opportunity to serve your needs.

This Vision center has the best staff. They are so helpful, and I have been here 5+ years, and I can say they provide the best customer service.

Experience was great! I’m very happy with my results! They informed me about my procedure and the steps I needed to do before and after. The healing process is going great according to my post op appointment I have 20/20. To have the best results you MUST follow the after care! Stay consistent and don’t miss! My eyes feel great and I’m overall very happy that I can see!

This is a horrible practice with extremely rude people running the place. They have no respect for their customers/ patients time. They do not honor appointment time and would simply make you wait. It literally took me 2 hours the first time I was here, during which doctor could not figure out what my lens prescription should be. So I returned not happy with what he prescribed and with an appointment, with him running an hour behind schedule. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Jacobs is an amazing Ophthalmologist I highly recommend him. He did an amazing job walking my family and i through the process of removing my cataracts and what the expectations were of both of those surgeries. I only speak Spanish so he tried his best to speak it with me knowing well he could have used an interpreter, that shows a lot of what kind of Doctor he is with his patients. I also want to give big props to Kim(Kimberly) from his office, knowing I had trouble with the language she booked all appointments with my daughter and kept in touch with her with all my scheduling and all out questions and concerns. I appreciate the team and their dedication to their work. My family is thankful for all you do.
