It was refreshing to deal with people who know what they are doing and make you comfortable in purchasing your new glasses. No pressure, just fast and friendly service. Also used Brilliant Eye care next door. Dr.M.Koch and staff made my eye exam fast and painless. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made what I had been dreading into a breeze! I will tell everyone about my great experience at both places!

Today was my first visit with EyeQ. I saw Dr. Morgan and absolutely loved her. My husband sees a different optometrist and after my appointment here I told him he needed to switch. Dr. Morgan and all the staff could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The doctor is fine. The staff is really bad; they are unhelpful and disorganized. Their communication here is horrible; they never keep you informed about anything.

Wonderful staff and doctor! I felt like my concerns and questions were listened to and addressed thoroughly. I had an appointment for me and my kid, and we both agree that the staff and doctor are friendly, professional, and easy-going. It was our first visit, but I felt very comfortable, and they made everything as easy as it could be. I was kind of nervous to be switching to a new eye doctor. My previous eye doctor moved. But I am happy this one is so nice! I’ll be happy to go back.

Dr. Vail (only Dr. in the practice) is great. No rush exams; spends time answering questions and genuinely cares, taking the time to make sure everything is accurate. My prior eye doctor charged a "fitting fee" every other time we ordered new disposable contacts for my son. Dr. Vail does not do this. All prices are fair, and they work well with insurance.

I have a difficult prescription and he nails it Everytime. He rocks as an eye doctor plus he's a gentle, sweet soul.
