My husband had not been to an eye doctor in over 15 years. I finally got him to see Dr. Goldman; It was the best experience for him. He was very impressed with his modern technology of examining his eyes. Thank you to the office staff for being so accommodating.

Dr. Marissa Zimmerman is an amazing doctor and when I have my visits she takes the time to really listen to me and help find a solution for my symptoms. I have seen so many doctors and I struggled with my vision , migraines and vertigo for a long time and no one could help me the way Dr. Zimmerman did. My migraines are 100% healed, vision improved no more blurred vision, dry eye and vertigo has decreased tremendously. I urge anyone if you are having symptoms or been diagnosed with BVD, please go to this practice! You will not be disappointed , just trust the process.

The receptionist was very rude , she wanted to charge me even for an appointment!! The whole staff wouldn't say or do anything, wouldn't recommend this place when there's more with better customer service

Dr. Jaffer took the time to listen to my concerns/questions, and addressed them in an easy to understand manner. His friendly, down to earth approach is comforting: he is a true professional!

As a previous customer I'd always thought that For Eyes in Palm Harbor was a class act. But my visit there last Saturday evening (close to closing) was exemplary, exceeding all expectations. It was a show of what great customer satisfaction was all about. As always, Ben was ready to help, very friendly and professional. My goal was to see if my half-broken 1 year old rimless frame could be resurrected. Turns out it couldn't and I was about to leave when super woman manager Connie came to the rescue. She asked what my budget was and worked her ---off (with Ben) to accommodate me and my meager budget. In short I left the store more than satisfied. I was very impressed with Connie (very likable) and the effort she put into making me happy. I walked off feeling very happy and a proud downer of a new good looking frame!! I would highly recommend For Eyes in Palm Harbor. Kudos to you Connie, your crew and to For Eyes!

Very poor experience after years of no issues at this 40 Highway Independence, MO location. Made appointment online week in advance, filled out all their online stuff, was ready and waiting 5 minutes ahead of appointment. Waited 5 minutes past appointment time (no big deal), just to be told they only do remote appointments for online schedulers (despite having an available doc on site and not with customer) and it would take hours to get a prescription, and informed me it may take multiple sessions if it doesnt "take". Staff was polite, but seems like they just don't want my business, despite being a cash paying customer. Now going to schedule with their competitor.

Dr Li is a wonderful optometrist and person! I have been seeing him for many years. After he moved to this new location, we would travel here to see him. He always provides friendly and great service. The comprehensive eye exams (for both glasses + contacts) are thorough and helpful. We also like the selections of glasses offered here. Highly recommend Dr. Li!

Great staff and very knowledgeable doctor. His examination was very thorough and he communicated his findings to me in a clear, understandable manner. The staff ensured all of my insurance options were applied to the the exam fee. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the service of Great Hills Eye Care.

I had a wonderful experience! The person who dilated my eyes, I think her name is Ashley (I am sorry, I am not sure), and did the first preliminary tests was so caring and friendly and started the appointment out with a very pleasant and trusting vibe. She is great!! The doctor, Saidivya Komma, OD, was also wonderful. She was personable and competent. She did a very thorough exam and took the time to explain everything. Even though there are many places closer to my home, I will continue going to Guilford Eye Center because of the treatment I receive. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for great place to take care of your eyes.
