Dr. Blevins is the best! He will always make sure you're getting what you need. The staff is also very friendly. Dr. Blevins and two other staff members took the time to help me pick out my glasses and make sure I actually liked them. I feel like so many other offices just shove you out the door once you've paid. That is never the vibe here.

Dr Amini is an amazing doctor and surgeon. She is caring, patient, kind and ensures she clearly communicates the diagnosis, treatment and aftercare in a way that makes it easy to understand. I am happy to have found her for my mom’s eye care. Thank you for everything you’ve done for my mom.

Absolutely insane wait, extremely rude resident and front desk. However, the MA and Dr. El Zein were fantastic. If you want to wait 2+ hours, Dr. El Zein is a great doctor.

Been a customer for years, but my contact lens prescription was wrong after my last eye exam. I was told I would be required to pay for the eye exam again. I've already paid $590 for contacts so I think it's time to move on. We had a good 6-7 year run.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Mitrev took extra time to explain everything I needed to know in terms I understood. His team also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and had everything I needed. 10 out of 10- HIGLY recommend!

Don't waste your, you will regret it!!! Reading the comments, I saw that it was common to not be able to get ahold of them. And this was indeed true. After finally getting someone on the phone, the call was disconnected after being placed on "hold" so I opted for another place. Unfortunately all other places are booked out for at least a month. So I gave this place another try and successfully secured an appointment for me and my child. Dr. Medina was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately that is the only positive comment I have about this places. The customer services is rather poor and leaves much to be desired. After picking out a pair of glasses, it took quite a while to be checked out as the young lady seemed to not know how to do much of anything. After confirming the pair that was chosen, she took several calls, cleaned, made calls, and replaced glasses back on the shelves without asking to wait or apologizing for the hold up afterwards. To make matters even worse, the hours clearly state 10am-6pm....not true. I picked up my child off the bus and headed straight there (arriving at 4:05) to simply pick up the glasses. The lady clearly saw me drive up, as she paused before completely closing the blinds. After knocking on the door, I called and learned that they recently changed their hours to close at 4pm. It would be nice to have that information posted for the customers to be aware of the change, or told that in the voicemail when I was notified my glasses were ready, or given a friendly notification when I checked out!!!!!!!! So of course I drove home with a disappointed child....not cool. All this to show that they have poor customer service from start to finish. So, don't waste your time! You will regret it!!!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Schwartz' for many years. The office staff is fantastic and Dr. Schwartz is a phenomenal doctor. Very caring, he spends as much time as necessary, will try contact after contact to get the right one. You will never feel like you are being rushed and the two times that I scratched my cornea, and the one time I woke up with an infection, they got me right in. I couldn't say anything more about how wonderful this office is.

Great experience. Went in to get an updated prescription for my glasses. The process was quick and easy. They have a wide selection of glasses to choose from. Definitely recommend you check them out.
