If you are looking for an eye doctor you will love Dr. Robert Elwell. My family has been visiting him for our eye care for many years now and I would not go anywhere else. He is experienced, caring and there's just a wonderful office atmosphere. We have NEVER had a bad experience with Dr. Elwell and our children look forward to going for their eye check ups! Absolutely love it!

Unbelievable experience. My wife was upsold on a pair of designer glasses here. After just a few uses, they broke. When we came in, and asked to repair it, they gave us the run around that technician isnt around, and to come back other …

I can't say enough at how pleased I've been while doing business here for my glasses! The whole staff has been great, and I'd like to recognize Ezmeralda and Frances, especially! I've had to come back multiple times for adjustments, focusing issues, and ordering additional glasses, and they have been more than accommodating and kind through this journey of mine! Hands down, one of the best Lens Crafters I've done business with! They make you feel welcome, listen, and connect with you and embody what excellent customer service should look like!!

The staff and doctor are very pleasant and treat you as a valued patient not a number. The doctor takes time to hear your concerns and gives great feedback. My whole family has been seeing Dr Jadav for many years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend him and his staff!

I came here for the first time on this location and I can say it was a nice and quick experience. The receptionist was really nice and helped me located the office over the phone; as well as the ophthalmologist assistant and ophthalmologist … More

I just had the best eye exam experience ever in all my years of wearing glasses! 🤓 It’s convenientely 8 minutes away from my work place, the place is brand new and pristine. I’m in love with my Glasses from Sofia Vergara’s line “Lola” , there a little edgy, sleek and sexy, just like me! Dr. Macedo is friendly, knowledgeable and handsome. What more can you ask for! And Carlos was really on point helping me pick out the best frames for the shape of my face. I ended up getting glasses and contacts for both me and my son.Fast, convenient, good service, plus they are humanitarian and they help children from lower income families that can’t afford eye exams or glasses, seriously amazing! Keep up the good work two thumbs up for Venus Optical Boutique, se los recomiendo!

Terrible place. Never open. Been over 1.5 months and still don't have my glasses. I spoke with new manager Batina, she said give her another chance. I did. She never followed up or produced my glasses correctly. Finally had to go to a real eye doctor.

Nice and clean facility and helpful staff and an amazing Doctor who treated me on Saturday. But had to wait 30 mins for my appt. It took quite a while to get the whole process done.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but todays visit left me feeling kinda gross! I was a new patient, scheduled my appointment over the phone, I told them my preferred name and told them I didn’t have all of my insurance info handy, but the woman I spoke to over the phone was so kind and patient, she told me to come in and that we’d figure it out when I arrived. Come time of my appointment, the receptionist was very short with me from the beginning. I figured they might both be stressed because it was busy. She seemed very upset that I didn’t have the info necessary even though I offered to call my insurance and retrieve the info myself (it’s a new plan which is why I don’t already know my exact coverage). She also interrupted me when I explained to her that all my doctors refer to me by my preferred name only and told me that she would use my government name. Again, I know this is necessary for insurance and billing purposes but I’ve never had issues with docs calling me by my preferred name and pronouns. Basically, I did what I could to accommodate but by the end of the appt, the receptionist could tell I was visibly frustrated and suddenly her whole demeanor changed and suddenly she was nice to me after being rude and short the entire time I was in the waiting area. I accept responsibility for not having the correct info handy, I was even willing to reschedule the appt. She told me that the last 4 digits of my SSN weren’t working before she realized she was looking at my phone number lol. I understand mistakes happen, I work in customer service and deal with people all day everyday. Maybe she was just having a rough start to the week. Regardless, I don’t appreciate how she spoke to me, called me the wrong name and told me it was my government name (like I don’t know that already), and was impatient with me the whole time I was there. She was upset when my insurance reps couldn’t help me over the phone and said “it’s been half an hour we need to get you out of here”. She could have at least just told me to come back when I had the right info instead of wasting both our time. I’m sure the Doctor at this practice is very kind. I know everyone is just trying to do their jobs but it’s important that customer service reps and receptionists undergo sensitivity training with stuff like this. Maybe don’t come here if you’re trans!
