Jacob at Lenscrafter in the Vintage Faire Mall provided excellent service. I went in to see if the nose pads on my glasses could be replaced. Jacob was able to immediately help me and replace the pads quickly.

First attempted visit. They called to reschedule because Dr took the day off. Next attempt, I was turned away initially because I was without mask. After returning with mask I was asked for my medical insurance. Told them I'd already provided my vision insurance and they replied no, they need my medical insurance also because the doctor does a full medical exam on every patient. I told them I'm not here for a medical exam I just need my prescription updated. The attendant stared at me like I was being difficult then shrugged and dropped a clipboard on the counter and told me to fill it out then turned her back on me. At that point I told them thank you, nevermind and just walked out. Just want to note also that the place smells very old and musty, and has a very cluttered feel to it.

Excellent service and atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing service from Jessica in the LensCrafters in Cherry Creek Mall!!! We came from California for the Broncos game, and my husband accidentally broke my son’s glasses. Jessica was able to find a similar frame and popped in the lenses. She heated the frame for a better lens fit and heated the stems for a better fit around the ears. Jessica has such a great personality and is so sweet. We were turned away from the other optical place in the mall. They didn’t even try to help us, but Jessica embraced us and assured us that she could help us from the get go. She made our day, and now my son can watch the game tomorrow at the 30yard line. Thank you, Jessica! You’re a godsend!!!

Dr. Norton is by far one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. She's always looking out for my best interest! Love her and her team!

Dr. Burnstine is a professional doctor and a good one. He took care of my testing eye. The best part about it I didn’t feel a thing. No pain at all. I’ve had this procedure done before by a different doctor and had a lot of pain. I’m so happy I came to see Dr. Burnstine. He’s the best!! I highly recommend him.

Hermant was great! He was polite, knowledgeable and went outside the box to help me make a decision. He deserves the DAISY AWARD...if you still do them. A wonderful representative for Kaiser!
