Carlo was absolutely AMAZING! He was so kind and patient with me- I really had no idea what type of glasses I wanted when I walked in. He gave me his honest opinion of the (tons) I tried on. I ended up getting a pair that I am in love with!! I will absolutely be returning here in the future and will recommend to everyone! Thank you so much Carlo!!

They were fast and friendly. The doctor took his time to get to know you and ensure that you felt comfortable. There was no pressure to buy from them. Connie was amazing. She was patient, acommadating, and worked really hard to ensure that I found the right glasses. She must have pulled at least 35 glasses down for me to try while considering my budget. I went them many time times when I was younger. Glad I went back, always a pleasant experience.

While Dr. Aggarwal is not overly communicative (sometimes gruff), he was very kind during my surgery and did a perfect operation.

I just had my second yearly exam with Dr Nguyen and I have to say I’m impressed once again with her and the staff! After seeing one Dr for nearly 30 years it was scary looking for someone else. But Dr Nguyen is very thorough, sweet and patient. I definitely would recommend this office. One more thing, both of the women I worked with when choosing my new glasses were great, so patient! I’m very happy.

Great customer service! They were so great with my 8 year old son. Will definitely be returning for all of our optometry needs.

Waited in ER for the Dr he never showed Was admitted to hospital There for 2 nights Nurses contacted him several times and he blew than off Said he was coming and never showed

Thorough examination

I've been using this eye doctor for a while now and so far I've had nothing but positive experiences. Today June 1, 2023, I brought my niece for her first ever eye doctors appointment. She normally has lots of anxiety when it comes to doctors but she LOVED this place too. And they were really good with her as well. The techs she dealt with Jessica/Ian were VERY friendly to both me and her but I was very impressed with the way they treated my 7 year old niece. Nothing but great things to say about this office at Hamilton Place Mall.

This was a horrible experience! Not only was the Dr rude, he couldn't even place the exam machine on my eyes, he had it on my forehead, my eyebrows and when I told him this he blamed me for not sitting still, the 4th try he shoved the machine right into my left eye....I was outta there.

I was really nervous about cataract surgery. Dr Zeglam was friendly and answered all my questions calmly. His staff and the surgical staff treated me with friendly efficiency and I wasn’t scared at all. I will definitely continue with Dr. Z as my eye doctor and highly recommend him to any and everybody
