Dr. Ume is the very best!!! I went in today with eye concerns, he took time to thoroughly examine my eyes. I greatly appreciate the fact that he explains everything in layman's term for you to understand. The lady at the front desk was awesome as well. Overall, 100/10 .

Waiting time was short. Everyone from checking in to doing the testing on my eyes were very professional. They took their time with me and answered all my questions. Dr. Everett was helpful with my treatment which has gone undiagnosed for a year. With her help I hope to heal from this awful dry eye problem that has not gone away. Thank you everyone for your concern.

Brian is a great guy with a lot of knowledge. He helped me find what I was looking for. I received my glasses yesterday and they are perfect.

Dr. Matthews was the first optometrist to ever get my contact prescription right, all my past ones had given me too strong a prescription which made my glasses almost unwearable. Dr. Matthews is clearly among the best at what he does, he gave me very useful advice and information and is very personable and kind. Would recommend him to everyone!

They tell you up front how much the cost will be. They ask you about certain procedures before charging you. Great eye doctor, my family will keep using them.

DR. Austin Optometry is excellent. His staff is efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. More importantly, Dr. Austin is outstanding in his field. I’ve been going there for over eight years. Before DR. Austin, I had several doctors tell me I was unable to wear contacts. Dr. Austin fit me in Contacts, and I’ve been wearing them ever since, and now I will go nowhere else.

This is a very inefficient shop. I wouldn't bother going there. Just about any other optical shop would be better. Maybe this is an independent entity, separate from Wilmer itself -- not sure -- but I'm surprised Wilmer doesn't ride herd over it given the fact the shop carries its name.

The doctor was able to see me quickly when I developed a possible emergency. He explained everything very clearly and provided me with good advice. His office runs very efficiently and is on time which I greatly appreciate. I feel very confident that I am in good care with him and highly recommend him!

Good service but bad they won't warranty their glasses unless you buy the insurance. Had my glasses less than a year and frame started coming apart. Pretty ridiculous they don't warranty the products they sell. I would stay away. There are too many other places that warranty a product they sell.
