The doctor is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable within his field and add a superb bedside manner and you've got yourself a great doctor

Staff is polite. Dr Vince Romero is kind, friendly, polite, patient, compassionate, & speaks softly but calmly towards everyone. Would definitely recommend him.

Angela at the Bakersfield, CA store on Ming Ave. was absolutely fantastic! Went in to fill Rx for my husband and myself. So helpful and very informed on getting us the best deal with insurance and offers. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience. I am all about Lens Crafters now knowing the customer service is above and beyond.

My exam with Dr. Elizabeth Eyler Allen was awesome. She was very through and was just a nice person. No pressure to buy their glasses. The flow of the remodeled office was excellent.

We have been coming whre for three years, I had to reschedule my son's appointment last week because my car wouldn't start and triple a was going to take to long. Now they won't see my son till I pay a no show fee!!! Totally understable if I forgot the appointment but to be charged for something out of my control is insane.

Dr. Schaefer was both professional and personal. She spent time trying to help me to solve some issues and get results that would be of benefit to me. I appreciate her efforts and her professionalism.

I’m literally at Dr. Knight’s office (eye doc) for another pair of glasses because I keep losing mine. I was helped by Ryan C. and Mary and they just gave me a pair that would’ve cost me like $60. Instead I was given a pair that I would’ve paid $1 for in the store. Ryan C. And Mary is professional and kind. How generous are these guys already spreading the Holiday Cheer. Outstanding service!
