There service was good. BUT they did a bad job with my glasses they messed up my prescription I had to make two different payments and they only added the anti - reflection when the doctor said I also needed the transition and polycarbonate. I expected everything to be added when I made those payments. I wouldn't of had a problem paying more I just wanted them to do there job right. Now I struggle to drive when the sun is out because I'm missing my transition and I moved to Georgia a week after I received my glasses. So my advice is to ask what they are putting on your prescription and what you are paying for. When I called the receptionist she asked me to send her my prescription and I did but she said she didn't get anything until a week later when I had sent it many times. She also said she didn't know why they made me pay that way. I was very upset about it. All I have to say is DO YOUR JOB.

Waited 4 months for the appointment because I've been needing a prescription, because my glasses have been broken for a year, and I need them to drive. Only to get turned away because he wanted me to see someone else....I would say he put me and more people in danger because of this. Chill guy, but what the actual hell man?

Awful place because of office staff. Not friendly at all and Dr. Armstrong seems okay with her staff not being professional.

Great staff and the perfect place to take your children. Dr.Sarah Hunter was amazing with my 4 year old. She was very caring and patient. She explained everything thoroughly, I left the establishment at ease with no concerns. Highly recommend coming here.

Prescription for glasses were correct but had to return three times because they were not properly filled. I decided to get a refund and to go elsewhere.

This was the best eye Doctor and All her staff they was efficient fast now explained every procedure just made feel so comfortable. To go anywhere else would be uncivilized. Their selection of frames was breathtaking Thank you Envision and your wonderful staff.

While the doctor was very professional, I had a lot of discomfort after this procedure. This is the fourth time I’ve had this done. Never has it hurt like this time.

Great store to get your eyes checked and glasses. The store has a great open space and alot of selection. Dr. Li was very professional and knowledgeable about my eye health. The store business hours is perfect for the 9-5 working person.

Absolutely Horrific customer service. I’ve been coming here for years seeing Dr Pedrisani. This year I scheduled with her and then showed up and saw a Dr Shakhakorn. She was rude and short and didn’t listen, she gave me multifocal contacts and told me if I didn’t like them which some people don’t I could try something else. I came back today to try something else and she don’t make any notes in my chart so they said they couldn’t help me until I saw her only for a recheck. Mind you I’m going out of town and she’s only there 1-2 days a week on weekends. The doctor working I thought was going to be helpful but then also told me “they don’t have many in stock” when I just asked for enough contacts so I could see someone for a recheck then. Like it’s coming out of his pocket. They gave me 5 pair which doesn’t cover my trip or enough time to get an appointment with that doctor. They were so rude and uncaring - I’ve never experienced anything like it!! Go elsewhere it’s not worth it!

I was there in 2020 for glasses for myself & my husband. During my exam the Dr made the comment I had pressure in my eye. His words were you have a little pressure in your eye, but we aren't going to worry about that right now. He acted like it was no big deal. Didn't tell me to come back to check it or that I needed to go to a specialist. Never thought of anything more about it. Well back in January I got a sudden case of acute closure glaucoma. Caused a hemorrage in my eye. Why didn't he tell me I needed to be seen by a specialist? I suffered with headaches being dizzy upset stomach for 2 years. I thought it was sinuses. And here it was undiagnosed glaucoma. Why did he not tell me that the pressure meant I had the start of glaucoma? Now I have to have extensive surgery on my eye. And still a chance I could lose my vision. He was the doctor he should have told me that pressure in the eye was serious. He just shrugged it off. I will say the young man who fits you for glasses was absolutely great. He knew his job & was very good at it.
