I will be coming back for sure. The doctor was great at explaining everything and their instruments were state of the art (no air puff in the eye!). Their selection of frames is great as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Very professional and efficient. I greatly enjoyed working with Jennifer and appreciate her assistance. She went through options with me and was so thorough with making sure that my glasses fit comfortably, and she really took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable and if I had any questions. She was so kind and patient, what great customer service! Thank you, Jennifer.

Great, first time bringing my child here. Not overly crowded and Doctor was attentive. Staff is kind, and the inside had a nice selection of glasses. They even had a candle lit when we came. It felt nice and welcoming. My child got her glasses within 10 days. Fastest ever, thank you !

As a first time customer, I had an absolutely great experience at this Optometrist/Eye Care Center! This was one of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve received from a business (from an entire Staff) in a while! Dr. Lozano was very nice and thorough with my exam and explaining the current condition of my eyes. Additionally, Andrea and Natalie were very patient, knowledgeable and thorough with going over the multiple selection of frames and the various options for the lenses that the center offered, to include explaining the details of my insurance coverage. Since Oregon Eye Specialists was bought out by eye health NW, the service has gone downhill tremendously. I took time out of work to get my daughter an eye appt and get new glasses just to be told after our exam and sitting at the optical shop for 20 mins that they were too busy and we needed to come back later. I have since tried to come back 3 times and am turned away. Because they are only open regular business hours and can’t make concessions for those who work 9-5 jobs, my daughter still doesn’t have new glasses 3 months later and she is blind as a bat. I have been patient in giving Eye Health the opportunity to show that they care, and I am no longer using their services. Customer service is poor, they are rude to their patients, and some locations have hours posted showing they are open on Saturdays but when you show up they are closed. As someone who worked in the eye care field for several years, I can’t believe people still come here.

Most thorough, professional and patient eye Dr I've ever been to. Perfect correction everytime. Very affordable and the front desk staff is very helpful as well.

Iv'e been bringing my children here for 2 years and every time I go my experience gets better .I just recently went to do my eye exam and as soon as i walked in I had two young lady's greet me. Griselda was the lady that assisted me and was very friendly which made the appointment easier. She helped us get in and out fast, I was very happy with what my children picked out and the over all service . I would definitely recommend to give them a visit !

Everyone was super nice and friendly. Wonderful experience. Most relaxing and informative office visit I have had. Dr took time to explain in great detail what is going on with my eyes and vision. She made it very relaxing to do the vision test.
