They canceled on me and rescheduled on me 3 times. I have decided to go with someone else. I would not recommend if you are trying to see someone quickly.

I had such a wonderful experience at my first appointment with Dr. Kumar and his staff. Every single one of the staff members were friendly and communicated very openly with me throughout the entire process. The staff explained how long initial appointments typically take so that I could plan my schedule accordingly and were honest with me about wait times during my appointment. I was in and out within a reasonable time and they made sure to remain considerate of the fact that I was self pay and estimated costs prior to my arrival. Dr. Kumar was very professional and took the time to educate me on my diagnosis. I am proud to be a patient here.

We have been with Dr Kumar since 2006-2007. He is a smart, caring and wonderful retina specialist. We trust him completely. His staff emits the same caring qualities!

From the time you enter his practice receptionists are very friendly. His professionalism is amazing and he actually takes the time to talk to you about your concerns. problems and how to go about treating them. I have been his patient since he first started his practice.

Staff is friendly, but have had issues. First, on multiple occasions I had to call to see if my glasses were in. They did not call me. Second, they made a mistake on my wife's prescription. They corrected the first set of glasses but insurance would not pay for the mistaken prescription. Eye Solutions did end up agreeing to cover the cost of the mistaken prescription but it took 7 months to get the new glasses. Third, my lenses were damaged by medication that I take which took off the coating and made the lenses cloudy. I called to get new lenses just after the 1 year anniversary so I understand that I can't use the 1-year warranty that might have covered the replacement lenses. In addition, however, they are making me get a new exam (literally my prescription is 1 year and 3 weeks old) even though my insurance only covers an exam every 2 years. I would expect a compassionate business would allow me to just order new lenses at my expense, but not make me go through the process of an exam that costs and additional $134 out of pocket. Update: The business contacted me to offer to address my concerns and I really appreciate that. Had a nice conversation with the business owner/ophthalmologist. He is nice and trying to grow a successful new business. I really appreciate the business reaching out to explore my concerns more deeply.

My daughter is albino and this is the best eye doctor that I’ve ever taken my daughter to. These people care about my child and her eyesight! When I take her there I know they’re giving her the best eye care she needs. I can tell they really care about her needs. I’ve referred others here before and I will continue to refer people here. I drive 45 mins to an hour to go here. This place is the best!!!

Easy to set up an appointment, most paperwork was taken care of before arriving, knowledgeable and empathetic team who were all very friendly, was able to make an appointment and get glass prescription updated easily with a good selection of frames.

I was so thankful to get in quickly to the office. The front desk staff was very helpful and the doctor and assistant were very thorough in explaining things. I did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend this office and Doctor! You get a sense they enjoy their work and are there to serve you.

Dr Feng and his staff (ladies up front) are the best. I'm so glad to have found an excellent Ophthalmologist for eye emergencies like I had recently. Thank you kind and efficient Apex Eye Assoc people!

The best ophthalmology office I have ever been to. From the office staff to the Dr’s. Everyone was friendly and I waited only minutes (versus hours) before being brought back to see the Dr. Dr. Feng is AMAZING…his bedside manner is top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything to you throughout the whole process. I hate going to the Dr’s, but the experience with Apex Eye Associates has made going to the Dr’s actually pleasant.
