Eye doctor was amazing, then after the eye exam they send you to a "sales person", tries to make you buy everything you don't need. Also with eye insurance, the eye exam is covered but then they charge you like $120 for an eye fitting, absolutely crazy!!

Sue at Triangle Vision Optometry was amazing! She connected with my son from the first day of vision therapy and kept him engaged every session. She acknowledged every concern and listened to his needs. She was always punctual and super kind. My son loved his sessions even though they were challenging. Thank you!!

This is our forth child that has been through vision therapy at Triangle Visions. We have been very happy with the results for you to our children, and the program only seems to be getting better. Our daughter and excellent vision therapist who greatly helped her improve with her eye muscle control, her tracking, and her reading. I came in with an eye infection over a month ago. I ordered new glasses. I asked if there was anyway we could put a rush on the glasses and was told no. Then someone at the ten ten office said that they would make a note on the account. I was never notified by call or text that my glasses came in. They arrived on the 14th and Now 11 days later I’m finally picking them up after calling and asking if they have arrived the day before. In the future it would be great to actually receive a call. Extremely disappointed.

Dr. Ortiz is a great optometrist and is truly dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, it shows in his in-depth approach to eye exams. He and his staff are extremely kind and welcoming. Also, Dr. Ortiz and his team are bilingual and speak Spanish, there's no language barrier which is perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz for anyone looking for a patient-focused, thorough, and bilingual optometrist!

Doctor Ortiz and his staff were all very amazing and very professional. A little over a year ago I took my daughter to the eye care center and the doctor there told me that my that my daughter's eyes were 100% fine even though she she said she was having trouble seeing from far away. The doctor at the eye care center told me that she probably just wanted glasses. Come to find out Doctor Ortiz told me that what had been going on with her eyes had probably been going on for a year or probably even two. Doctor Ortiz said that she definitely needed glasses to correct what was going on and he made sure that I understood everything and he also made me an appointment to come back in 3 months to make sure that everything was correcting itself as it's supposed to. I would recommend any and everyone to come here they are truly amazing.

I went to get my annual eye exam on August 4, 2023 by Dr. Johnson is by far the best and most caring optometrist I've ever been to. She told me things about my eyes that no other optometrist has ever told me. She even answered questions that I had and made me feel even more at ease. I wish I would have found this best kept secret 20 years ago, who knows, I may not even have to wear glasses. Dr. Johnson cares and she does her job with pride! I will not let anyone else look into my eyes until she leaves Cary, NC and then I'm looking for her lol.

Experienced top of the line care and courtesy for my visit to this eye doctor. I went for contact lenses after so many years with glasses. The technician, Cherish, Was so sweet, patient and helpful! Dr Johnson was very professional and helped me to make an informative decision, spescial thanks to Rene, general manager who helped me after I cancelled my order and was so patient and smiling all the time:) Thank you all for your help!
