Thanks to Aldrin I got amazing glasses that look great on me. Aldrin had amazing customer service that I really appreciated. I got my glasses in record time. The best thing about my new glasses is Aldrin recommended the night vision option on them & I’m so grateful cuz it works amazingly! I have had trouble driving at night until now! Thx Aldrin!

My time with Dr. Kim was amazing. I have been back four times just because of the friendly encounters with her and her staff. I love being able to call and get the best customer service from any vision office in Billings. The fast and friendly service makes appointment making and orders easy and enjoyable. I can not wait to go back and get my contacts and I’m super thankful for Daisey’s support and instruction during the contact practice. If you read this all please say hi to Joey for me because he is amazing.

Daisy was very pleasant and helpful! Joey was, as always, very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Jenny is awesome, she has been the only eye Dr. to discuss what's happening with my vision. I really enjoy learning from her!

It was easy to get an appointment. The staff is very friendly and the sign in was short and easy. The eye exam was done by Dr. Kim and was very well done and thorough. I had glasses made there several years ago and was very happy with them. I would recommend Vision Optical to anyone looking for an eye exam and /or a new set of glasses.

Great optometrist (oops, correction) and knows eyes. Uses the most modern equipment to check eyes (no more invasive dilation procedures unless required for diagnosis). Explains everything thoroughly and takes time to answer all questions. Super nice person, too. Recommended for complete and easy annual eye exams. You rock, Dr. B! Update: Just visited Dr. Brown for my annual eye exam and the new offices are fantastic. Formerly at Costco, Dr. B's expanded her practice. She's right inside Eyemart Express (you go in the Eyemart Express door to get to her offices), so filling an eyeglass prescription is fast and easy. I found the frame prices at Eyemart to be competitive with Costco, but with a HUGE difference. I can get my lenses filled the way that I want (executive bifocals & specialty progressives), something not possible at Costco. For all the former Costco patients, Dr. B. is literally across the street facing King Ave. West. Easy peasy.

Dr. Brown takes a true interest in you as a person and in your overall eye health. Dr. Brown is very thorough.

I had a wonderful experience here. I am someone who would do just about anything to avoid awkward situations & so I have never been a fan of going to the eye dr because no matter how polite they are, I have yet to encounter one that truly makes me feel comfortable & at ease - until I came here. Dr. Wardell Jr. not only has a easy going demeanor & is extremely nice, he is also very knowledgeable & professional. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was also wonderful!

I love the doctor. I would have given them 5 stars, but they changed a quote for my contact lenses. Once they found I had insurance they charged me $38.00 more than the quote. I called them on it and it sounds like that is their normal practice, which in my opinion is not a good way to run your business. I think they could also use a class on customer service as well. Would it hurt you to be pleasant.

Dr. Maggard was great with my son and daughter. Found out after all these years that my son didn't need the glasses let alone bifocals that another eyecare had him wear. Staff is very friendly and kind. We love how honest and helpful Amy is in the frames center.
