The staff and Doctors at Yellowstone Eye Care have provided exceptional care for me and my family for many years. I would recommend their clinic to anyone looking for an eye doctor in the Billings area.

I love Yellowstone Eye Care. Everyone is so nice, they greet you when you walk in the door with your name. My Dr. Steiner is so caring, you never feel rushed and he answers all questions. He has done wonders with my eyes. It's a great place to go for eye care.

I was very impressed when I had my eye exam and contacts consultation. I ended up taking my 7 year old son to Dr. Clausen for a eye exam and glasses. She was phenomenal with him, as well as her staff. They are strait up front with the cost of the exam and glasses with no hidden fees! Staff is very prompt and gets you answers quick!

What an experience at Bauer & Clausen. Friendly Staff and great environment. I enjoyed Wyatt’s tour of the facility and my coffee cup. I can't wait for my new prescription of contacts to come in.

I'm a new patient. and I was instantly put at ease with how efficient Drs Bauer and Clausen have made their practice. But not only efficient, very very helpful and friendly too. I went through my entire exam and spoke at length with Dr Bauer about my condition, and felt totally valued as a customer ! Most Impressive.

Everybody from the moment you walk in is so kind and helpful. I had my right eye done and Dr. Rayburn told me what to expect the next couple of days. The next day I had my left eye done and again, I knew just what to expect. It was quick and painless and so far, so good! My vision keeps getting clearer and clearer as the day goes on.

Dr Steiner was a very informative and professional individual. She made myself as well as my wife who is also a patient feel extremely comfortable trusting her completely with her recommendations. As a matter of fact, I trusted her so much that after my surgery which was removal of cataracts and the installing the new lens I have a new lease on life the world is much more crisper colorful and Vivid for me and all that within 24 hours we are so pleased. How's that

The whole team was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Mariah was so professional, knew her job perfectly, and made me feel comfortable with all of the testing. Dr was so informative and thorough! I highly recommend this group for anyone with eye concerns.

The Optician was very Professional and such. But in the end l relieved the wrong frame color of the sunglasses l was expecting to get. And being VA they only allow ya to recieve one pair, so no way to get color l wanted. But than @ my age, l guess l shouldn't be so fashion oriented. haha

Neglected to tell me that my insurance didn’t cover them until I got to the appointment that I took work off for. And then the year before the optometrist mislabeled my contact boxes, which caused my vision to not be fully corrected. I went back to them to see what’s going on for them to tell me they made an error. I understand making a Mistake but they then contacted me a few months later threatening to send me to collections because I didn’t pay that visits bill that they said they’d cover. I got into an argument with them even after informing them about the issue and resolution for 2 weeks until they finally called to to verify that was the case but only to tell me the bill is dropped, but never got an apology. They have good optometrists but logistically this place is a nightmare to deal with. Even if my insurance covered them or I felt like self paying I would never be returning and encourage you to look elsewhere to take care of your eyes needs.

It was a good experience at first. The initial exam appointment went well. But when calling back with an inquiry about my glasses I ordered no one answered the phone or if someone did answer they would disconnect the call. I continued to leave multiple messages throughout the 3 weeks. I still have not heard from anyone about my glasses. I have also gone in and no one will tell me anything either. I’m just confused does customer service go out the window once they have your money.
