I called this office from Idaho on Aug 3rd to make arrangements for my injections of Eylea because I have wet macular degeneration. I require injections in both eyes every 6 weeks. Any longer between shots and my retna bleeds. I did everything right, including transferring my insurance to MT starting Nov 1st. I am also approved for the Eylea program that pays for the injections if my insurance doesn't. I received a call the day before my injection telling me that unless I came up with a large payment for the office visit fee up front, I could not be seen. Now I have to start the process over. I have had to get another referral and have to wait to make an appt after it is recieved. My husband and i live on a fixed income. At the final hour I was left without the care I need to prevent blindness or vision loss. I have not had a shot in my left eye since Sept 27th and now will probably have to wait over a month for an appt with another optomologist. I am a realist. Had I known I could have saved the money or made other arrangements in time to get my injections as needed. It's not right that I was informed less than 24 hours before my scheduled appt, especially when I made this appt more than 3 months in advance. All you did was waste my time and may cause me to suffer vision loss. It's all about the money right?

The office personnel was very friendly and efficient. I was saying almost immediately, and the doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable About all of my concerns. Further, he did not rush me through the appointment, and took the time to listen. Very impressed with my first visit.

I had cataract surgery performed in both eyes by Dr. Hatch. Each time I actually fell asleep. I am not only confidant in the surgery dept. but of all the staff employed there. Each of my visits (I have glaucoma) I look forward to & recommend to others.

Dr Shoults has been very attentive to me as my vision has been changing and I have so many questions. She never makes me feel rushed and I feel like she cares about me. Her staff are kind and efficient and the equipment they use seems to be state of the art. Thank you Beartooth!!!

Dr. Shoults and the staff are AMAZING. We travel 3 hours one way for appointments and we were running late today and they were still able to accommodate us. They give the best care and are so kind to my young girls! 100% recommend them to everyone I talk to.

I've been going here for a number of years and have always received professional service. The staff is both friendly and accomodating. Dr. Shoults goes out of her way to resolve/diagnose your vision issues before prescribing corrective lenses or recommeding further treatment. They have the latest equipment and a great staff. I highly recommend them!

I am so happy I found this clinic!!! I was treated so kindly and the girls were happy to help!! The sweetest girl, Megan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so patient and gladly answered all my questions. She suggested so many options and helped me choose what best suited me! I feel so thankful that she took the time to really invest herself to helping me. I will definitely be coming here again! Thank you again!!!! Best place and employee!!

I have been here twice now & each experience has been wonderful. The receptionists communicate so well, they call to confirm your appointment and let you know if you need to be in early for paperwork. They're incredibly friendly and kind in person as well. My appointments have started by their scheduled times. & the eye doctor was wonderful as always. He listens to my concerns, kindly guides me through the exam and finds me the lens most right for me. Thank you!

I have been going here for eye care almost 2 decades. Dr Biegel & his brother David are very kind, friendly, & professional. Their frame prices are reasonable, compared with other places. I take forever to pick out frames so I shop around & I have even returned to their office with the frame information from another eye place & some frames they have been able to meet or beat the price, if it is one they carry! I will agree with some reviewers, the front desk staff aren’t as helpful as the staff that were there 5 or 10 years ago. They could use improvement in attitude, customer service, & they lack experience in their field (being able to do adjustments). I have seriously thought about switching eye offices because of these issues but I love the doctors so I am hoping this will improve.

Excellent eye care. Been going to Dr. Sanchez since I was in the 4th grade, tried a couple other optometrists when I moved for college and work, but prefer to come back to Billings Eyecare Associates. Dr. Sanchez explains everything clearly. I love the eye glass selection and the lens are always clear and focused for my eyes.
