Absolutely the best place to go in Jackson metro. They are awesome! Especially when You have insurance. Didn’t get my calvin Klein’s this time. But my banana republics are JAM. The eye docs are great as well. I just wanted a prescription. Everyone there is awesome.

I got my appt time confused and thought it was in the morning when it was in the afternoon. They got me worked in that morning with no problem (except more quick work for them), but they were ALL so very kind about it. I dealt with 6 people during my visit and they were ALL very kind and upbeat. Plus I found some cute glasses, so I'm excited! :) Great customer service and hospitality.

Dr. Jeffries is a fantastic doctor with an excellent bedside manner. The nurses at the surgery clinic are absolutely wonderful. The surgery center runs like clockwork and the Cataract surgery was a breeze.

My mom had a doctors appointment at 1pm. They called us back about 1:05pm. I noticed it was 2pm and we were still waiting. When asked how much longer before he comes in , I was told by the nurse we would be next. About 2:25 pm I went out to use the phone and saw Mr. Terrell checking out another patient that had come in way after us. When he finally came in The room I asked him why every time we come to the appointment that it takes so long for him to see us. He stoped me and said we could find another doctor. I just was in disbelief, and said we was waisting time asking questions. I immediately told my 81 year old mom that we will not be returning back. He tried to get nice at the end but the damage was already done. I believe he sees the African Americans patients last

This clinic is the most professional and efficient eye care clinic I've visited in this area. I've taken my elderly parent here for years and I'm now a patient myself. I especially commend them for their cleanliness between patients and their kindness and respect to others.

I have had a couple good visits but one that I'll never forget and the one that caused me to never ever go back again still causes me to feel uncomfortable when I think of it. I typically don't like things really close to my eyes. Dr. Williams did not warn me that he was putting drops in my eyes and forcefully opened my eyes to put drops in. He asked me to stop tensing up but I could not resist because he was causing me to tense up. He caused me to spend too much money on drops that never fixed my eyes. When you call no one answers the phone. Unfortunately they only answer the phone and do call backs on certain days of the week. It took 3 weeks for my contacts to come In and cost me almost $115 a month. He never apologized for making me feel uncomfortable after I told him he did. That to me is terrible service and I will never go back there again and caution anyone that does. He does not allow you to talk to him and he treats his appointments as if he is always in a hurry.

I don't like their office hours. I couldn't schedule an appointment on my lunch break because they are closed for a 2 hour lunch break. I had a hard time picking my glasses up because they closed at 4:30 and I get off at 5:00. I go to lunch at 11:00 and their whole office Is closed for 2 hours so I can't pick them up at lunch or after work because they are closed. The office hours aren't good for people that work,but the staff was friendly .

The minute I walked into Odom’s Eye Care I was greeted very pleasantly with a smile 😊. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. I was greeted again by the nurse as she took me to the designated area.She was very professional as well as friendly. As Dr Evans entered she made me feel as we were long time friends with a beautiful smile 😊 along with being very professional, extremely knowledgeable about her work with explaining everything Thoroughly and clearly… MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!!

Great customer service, I was greeted as soon as I came in, great staff, and overall no wait time. This is my 3rd year going to Odom's eye care and each visit was nice. Also, great variety of glasses to choose from depending on your budget.

Dr. Bly and Ms. Carol are the best! His entire staff are friendly and efficient. I have been going to Exact Eyecare since 2004. I am always pleased with their services.
