Came into this office on May 5 for eye exam. It wasn't until I phoned back on July 12 to be told that the particular brand of contacts that was ordered wasn't available. Not to mention the original doctor that saw me I haven't spoken to but some new doctor whom I never seen changed my prescription. Now they have the nerve to have my insurance on hold as if I received contacts and or glasses. Definitely can use a class on how to work with minorities being as if I've yet to see any working this office. Its a new age. Learn to work with all groups of people. Especially when treated with respect. I expect nothing but the same in return.

First time patient so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Mayra helped me and shes great! She was so friendly and extremely helpful when it came to making my decision on what frames to choose. 5 star service overall highly recommended

I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for about 20+years. From what I can remember, Dr. Patel has been the best optometrist I’ve seen. Incredibly knowledgeable, very thorough in the exam and the entire process. The clinic is clean, organized and equipped with advanced technology for patients with any eye health. The staff is personable and professional. Getting glasses and contacts was an easy process as well! Great physician, clinic and location! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Sanders and Bowers have taken care of me for many years. I just recently had cataracts removed. Great vision and seamless process.

Dr Cox knows and seems to care more for his Patients then just the money and I’ll be going back as a regular Patient for sure

My visit at this location was great. From setting the appointment for my husband and I to the visit itself. Sarah was so great, she made sure to follow up with me to get all of our insurance information before the appointment date. Dr. Fallin moved to this new location and I am very happy with the service I received. I was able to order a new pair of beautiful glasses with the help of Sarah and she made sure to explain all of the benefits that came along with my plan.

Dr. Campbell is great as well as the staff. Great place to go…. As a diabetic, I completely trust Dr. Campbell caring for my eyes. My cataract surgeries were very successful.

The Chinese woman works there as the reception is the worst. Never smiles. Bad attitude. Impatient. Unhelpful. Unprofessional. She should not be placed in a position to serve customers at all.
