This is by far, one of the WORST "professional" institutions I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And the saddest part about it is, this service was never for me. A family member who is both very elderly and disabled has been a patient and as a WARNING, PLEASE be PRESENT with any human that you actually care a TINY bit about. These people are arrogant, dismissive, chaotic, disorganized, and lack BASIC human empathy. I've seen rescued animals being treated by non professionals with more integrity and care than this place. I wouldn't trust my senior dog in hospice to be left under this care without a spy cam. It's EXTREMELY disheartening to KNOW AND WITNESS people in the medical field SHOW they're only present for a CHECK. So many people put their faith and hope (understandably), in the hands of these places and they could care any less, (unless you paid them to care less, then they probably could). I'm so frustrated and angry for my family member and the LACK of expected professional treatment of their basic human rights, I could scream. Working in the background to have this addressed the PROPER way but want to WARN OTHERS to please please please PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES WHO CAN'T ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES!!!!!!

Dr Andorsky and his staff were amazing. They were very kind and caring, helpful and inspiring to my daughter who struggles with eye drops. Definitely recommend this practice for all your child’s eye care.

Scheduling staff are very rude and unprofessional. Had to call another location who quickly assisted us with kindness and professionalism.. avoid calling the scheduling department or Baltimore location. Clarksville and Westminster staff have been very helpful and know help to speak to patients.

I wish I had a good review but I do not. We've seen two of the male eye doctors at this practice, two different locations. The office is behind the times with plastic up around the desks, masks, staff members who have a demeaning meaner when speaking to them. Both eye doctors, who I'm sure are great doctors, do not have good a good bedside manner. They spoke to me and my child like we were unintelligent, didn't get a chance to finish a sentence or ask questions without making you feel again, unintelligent. I hope the office invests in office upgrades including a more lighted welcoming environment, customer service training for all staff and bring down the covid protocols to the current time.

The staff was very welcoming. As everyone went about their duties it felt like my needs were the most important ones in the room. They effortlessly went from patient to patient, starting with check in, then eye exam and choosing those just right frames. Honestly a pleasant experience.

On the up side the care was excellent. On the down side it was very hard to find your place. On the appointment card it doesn't state which building and there is no address on the building that you did mention. I would have appreciated knowing that there would be an hour wait. The doctor was excellent and his care was gentle. I loved his sense of humor

Dr. Nelson is a no frills doctor who gets to the point and educates with compassion and clarity. The office in general is well organized and clean. Happy to return and grateful for Dr. Zeidman at My Eye Doctor for referring me. I asked “Why Katzen Eye Group” and he said, “Because they are the best”.

The office is very comfortable and the staff is extremely competent and helpful. I was examined by Dr Doxanas who has cared for me over the years. He is an outstanding physician.

My experience was great. Friendly staff and medical assistants. The doctor was thorough and explained everything about my eyes. I am very glad I have such a terrific ophthalmology practice to go to. 5 stars for everyone!!

Wonderful. Seen on time for checkup. Ophthalmic Tech was knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Dr. Doxanas did his usual thorough exam and refraction. Most pleasant experience. And Leslie is an excellent optician who always ensures that our prescriptions are filled accurately and that frames are becoming and well fitted.

Jazmin is SUPER WONDERFUL! From the time I came in she was warm and welcoming. She is very attentive, patient, and caring. She noticed I was having some difficulties picking out frames and without asking, she immediately came over to assist. This woman KNOWS glasses! I was able to find the right one with her help. She made sure not only that I loved them, but they look great and made me feel amazing! It was a VIBE! Definitely ask for Jazmin if you visit Lens Crafters on Boston St. Also, Dr. Patel was super nice, very thorough, and quick!
