It deserves 0 stars.. DONT COME HERE!!! My family has been going here for a couple of years now. Each time is a bit worse. I had a appointment May 3 for emergency glasses. Paid my deposit and was told it will take 2 weeks. It's June 27 and I'm finally getting after consent calls. They couldn't even call me. They was not what I wanted but I just wanted to leave. I'll get the bridge fixed somewhere else They truly lost my family as customers.

Pretty good experience and I absolutely love my glasses! They are the best pair of glasses I have ever gotten. Every other pair of glasses I’ve gotten that I can remember have become loose and they fall down my nose and I have to keep tightening them with the little screwdriver. These I have absolutely no problem with and they seem very sturdy and like they’re last for years!

This is the worst and last place you want to go for your eye care. The 100 park Ave office, They charged me when I get there so the doctor can see me. later they will sent me an other bill The worst part, Accidently I dropped my wallet wile siting on for eyes review with the doctor as soon he finished, I had to go out to put more coins on my parking spot, it was about 2-3 minutes I dint even walk out off the building when realized i didn't have my wallet on my pocket, i hurry walked back, a nurse was there holding it, at first I was happy and thank full, but everything changed once i looked inside my wallet, 500 cash and a 4k check was missing. Of course I called the police a made a report. The thing is as even in my gym i had dropped my wallet, someone will just hand it to the lobby, and ill get it back later will all my belongs not been touched. people working on this location are unprofessional they will take your pertinences and later they have the courage to bill you again. Its ridiculous. this type of office services should be called professional, and lest for health care. the place is dirty bathrooms are not cleaned it s a mess.

This is the best eye exam I’ve had in a long time. It actually made me have more respect for myeyedr franchise as a whole. The entire staff is knowledgeable and informative. You can tell that everyone in there likes what they do and enjoys coming to work. Not to mention the entire staff is Black with a Black woman Dr. Leading the way.

Probably one of the best eye exams EVER. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The flow was very nice & Dr. Buchanan was super informative, enthusiastic & professional! Good energy all around.

This optometrist in Canton is fantastic and so are all her staff! Highly recommend. She knew all about rare conditions and their sequelae. I really felt like she knew so much about rare conditions, and discussed them so enthusiastically, that I would easily trust the average consumer in her care, too. The staff have impenetrable patience with me as I try new glasses and contacts. They advise me, laugh with me, and share my frustrations. This is not an easy process for me and I'm happy to have found a provider that genuinely cares.

Dr. Romero and her team were very nice and knowledgeable. 5 min of waiting time only. Dr. Romero discovered foreign object in my eye and removed it on the spot. I felt immediately better. She scheduled follow up on the next day and then on December 20th to make sure everything is okay with my eye. Great care. Sent prescription to the pharmacy next to my house. Very great service . Thank you

Dr. Romero is a gifted ophthalmologist who displays care and concern for her patients. The decision to have cataract and corrective eye surgery did not come easy for me. However, the benefit after having had this surgery is life changing. I have more confidence while driving. I can see at night, and I have a wider field of vision. Colors are brighter and with the change of each season, there is a special brilliance that I had not enjoyed for years. I no longer need glasses to see at a distance. Most of all, I am encouraged to make eye health a priority and not an option in my daily life. I am grateful to Dr. Romero and her wonderful support staff for making each appointment a pleasant experience.

I was thrilled to see the positive reviews on Google but very hesitant to make appointment after reading Yelp comments. I decided to go since they were so accommodating and thorough on the phone. The office was very professional and clean. I was greeted in a friendly manner and completed the computerized checklist and paper documents in a few minutes. I waited approximately 10 minutes and was greeted by Dr Romero. I was very pleased with her medical evaluation and recommendations regarding my vision and eye issues. She prescribed medication and was very professional and clear in describing my issues today and in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to family or friends. Again I was very impressed with Dr Romero’s medical training and knowledge. Kudos to the office.

I was referred out of state to been seen for a rare eye disease. I have been coming since May. Everyone from their administrative staff to Chief of Physicians Dr. Albert Jun MD, PhD and his amazing team of fellows especially Dr. Sharifi MD you can't get any better then them. Knowledge..professionalism, follow up, and care they bring is top notch. I drive 3 hrs to them and would drive 5! Best of the best!

My primary care physician helped me make an appointment here for a much needed consultation at the Baltimore location. The office called me on the morning of my appointment asking if I could come in earlier than my previously scheduled appointment time, by an hour or more. I said I couldn’t because I live over two hours away and was at work when they called. They then cancelled the appointment claiming the doctor had a meeting; however, I find it very unlikely that the doctor had a last minute meeting pop up after 3pm on a Friday when my appointment was only made two days ago….. so now I’ve lost money because I had to take the afternoon off of work just because the doctor didn’t want to take appointments on a Friday afternoon.
