Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Everyone at this office was so pleasant, so professional and really really take interest in their patients. I wish that all of my doctors that I had to see which treat me with that type of dignity and respect. Thank you so very very much for having the staff and the doctors and the technical person to serve elderly people again thank you.

Everyone is so courteous and polite. Taking time with you. Not rushing you. Providing professional services in a timely manner. Supplying the necessary details regarding your condition in understandable language as well as promptly answering all your questions. I have been with them since the summer of 2021. All my doctors have been great. In speaking with other clients I've not gotten a bad report. Thank you. I appreciate the care you provide. My experience at the OMNI Eye Specialists center was a good and easy process. The staff was friendly and made my time there comfortable with ease. Dr. Garcia was thoughtful and took his time to explain my condition to me and made important suggestions for me. I will be back again for a follow-up. I would give the center five stars.

Zero stars. I am new to the area and was referred to this doctor Hirshbien for my daughter's care. The nurse stated that my daughter would receive same day service for her eye which is the only reason we scheduled with them. Upon arrival the receptionist attempted to get me to sign for a host of "charges" upfront and explained we might get an additional charge later but she is not sure. The nurse and doctor spoke with us in a large group, about 5 people, came into the room. When I asked about the procedure the Dr stated that he couldn't do it because the chair would be uncomfortable for my daughter. I'd never heard anything like it. He told me someone would call me in a few weeks to schedule an appointment. I never heard back from them. I called and only got voicemail boxes. I eventually received a bill with charges over 700 to me and my insurance! They scammed us into coming in and charges us for services they did not provide. Ive alerted the hospital and insurance providers of the fraud and working to get the charges removed. Just wanted people to be aware of the scam. Im sure he might treat his friends and family better hence the positive reviews but they are committing fraud and I hope they get shut down.

I've been a patient here for 10+ years and I'm on my 3rd doctor which is fine all 3 have been great. There have been times when I was seen within a few minutes and there have been times when I had to sit in the waiting area 20 minutes. As far as paying more than the $10 copay maybe the problem is your insurance.

I was in a horrible accident in October 2020. I followed up with Dr. Marc Hirshbein after being referred from Shock Trauma. He has been professional, kind and supportive. His resident is lovely. He has saved my vision and fixed the appearance of my eye. I travel a total of 3 hours to see him and I gladly do it. The care at Kreisler Eye Institute is top rate and I would refer them in a heartbeat.

This establishment keeps calling and texting me about an appointment for someone who isn't me. They have mistook me for two different people. I called on monday to let them know that I'm not the intended recipient. They claimed that they will remove my number from the patient info within the day. As of writing this, my phone # is still associated with someone I don't know. The kicker is that they seem to operate under more than just one number, which means I have to block every single one that they call me with. Please stop calling me.

This place is unprofessional, I called earlier to see if I need a new appointment… Because I just was there last year. The lady told me to call back because she couldn’t get in the computer…. I called back just now and the doctor answered the phone I let him no I called earlier to see if I need other appointment or can I just come and pick some glasses out it haven’t been a year he hung up the phone. I called back like did you just hang up the phone he started going off and yelling at me like don’t yell you don’t have the right to yell but he the one was yelling so I’m like what? he said we don’t do walk-in I said I had appointment last year he hung up again I call back because I’m so confused he said you are harassing us I’m like what I feel disrespected I really don’t no where this coming from but I’m not surprised by him at all because he say anything out his mouth anyway but I will be making a complaint about him.

The whole crew is rude actually I paid for a prescription for my contacts and they wouldn't give it tome they had the nerve to ask me for an additional $80 which I'm taking him to court because of the fact that I paid $159 for the contact prescription all I asked for was my prescription and they told me I would have to pay an additional $80 that's ridiculous I feel all he's out for is money he really wanted me to get my contacts from there but I didn't want to get them from there so I guess he didn't want to give me my contract prescription I wonder do he know what prescription is
