My visit was excellent. Everyone was nice and helpful. It was hassle free! And I have Jazmin who helped me with my glasses, she was amazing. She was patient with me and help fix my old broken glasses.

It was such a pleasure to have come to Lens crafter, so professional, clean and courteous. Big shout outs to jasmine for going above and beyond, and taking the extra effort to make sure I was well taken care of. I truly felt more than just a customer.

Two stars because the doctors are fine, but otherwise? This whole clinic (if that's the right word) is terrible. Everything goes through a call center, so refilling prescriptions is a nightmare because either something doesn't get done on their end or the pharmacy's end, so refilling is a frequent battle and a slew of phone calls when it really could be a lot simpler. I am currently trying to get one of my prescriptions set up for home delivery and can't even get in touch with the actual doctor's office to make sure the request has been seen. Communication is either being on hold a lot, being told you'll get called back and you never do, or all your info being put into an online patient portal that no one even reads anyway. Freaking awful and I am always near frustrated tears anytime I ever try to get anything done with this clinic. I regret choosing them and would leave immediately if I wasn't convinced that sending my records to another doctor just simply wouldn't happen, and THAT would be a pain too.

Crowded and unorganized. Its a crazy place and it seems forever to wait for the doctor. Also on the day I came here, a woman at the elevator complaint that the doctor left something in her eyes accidentally during surgery so she had to come again to take it out. That freaks me out and I ran way. Never come here only if you want to experience something unpleasant.

Consistently have to wait at least half an hour before your scheduled appointment to be seen. This office always over books appointments and the waiting room is frequently full. The staff is very friendly, but the wait is killer. Do not make any others plans because you will be in the office for over an hour.

This is my first time leaving a review online for a medical practice, but my experience was just so good I felt like I had to share. Dr. Solomon was great - he was efficient, knowledgeable and has a great rapport with his patients, taking time to explain everything & making sure I understood. I didnt have to wait at all to be seen (i waited 2 hrs to see the last eye doctor i went to) so I really appreciated that. Honestly so much of my intereaction with the healthcare system in recent years has been me talking to someones back while they type on their computer, as if my presence is a bother. It's amazing what a difference it makes when someone looks you in the eye and actually hears you. Both he and the front desk staff were also really helpful working out some insurance issues I had. Scheduling was easy and they had plenty of available appointments that worked with my schedule. I would highly recommend this practice!

I've been seeing Dr. Klasman for 3 years now for annual visits. He is nice and kind and explains things in detail. He even makes a joke or two and that helps to lessen my anxiety. However, the older woman who works at the desk and helps with glasses once told me I had to buy glasses from them to get my Dist PD. I thought that was weird , never been told that by any other eye doctor. The last pair of glasses I got from there were over 400.00. I cannot afford to buy glasses every annual visit. She also explains insurance details regarding what they will and won't cover entirely too fast. Side note: You never know if people have disabilities that may affect their ability to process information, sometimes it helps to slow it down. Nonetheless, I like the office will be returning, next year.

Great experience, great location. The doctor took his time and really listened to my concerns and needs, and educated me about my eye health. They had a nice range of frames and they helped me make my selection based on their expert knowledge of trifocal lenses. I am a big fan of Federal Hill Eye Care.

This establishment is part of “The” Science Cult, so this establishment has absolutely no credibility when it comes to Medical or “Actual” Science decision making. Beware if you need actual help, seek actual professionals.
