Staff is extremely kind and they go above and beyond. Just got insurance, like the day before, and didn't have a card yet. I was just going to pay for the exam, and they looked into the system and found me. No charge! Thanks guys! The doctor was extremely friendly and very personable. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have had a better experience here. Everyone at this Outer Loop SVS is extremely friendly and helpful. I was struggling looking for a pair of stylish glasses that fit my personality for about 30 minutes until the lady helping me went to scan the store and came back with the perfect pair that she knew I would love. I highly recommend this SVS on Outer Loop!

Our 3 year old daughter has autism and we need an eye exam for preschool. We tried two different times with no success. A person from her school recommended Eye Care for Kids and I'm so glad they did. Everyone was amazing and friendly. They did so well making her feel comfortable and working with her needs. Our wait time minimal and the doctor was thorough and caring.

Terrible experience. Filled out patient and family history forms, seen doctor recommended surgery to correct issues. Office never bothered to review patient history, discussed history with doctor she apparently never had them check history or request anything from other specialists. Pr-op testing all completed, registration all completed, called to check status of covid results and arrival time for next day 9 weeks later for surgery to be told he has to now see cardiologist. Yet all in his history states he has heart condition and discussed with provider. Now they can't get info in time for procedure. After our travels and quarantine and mentally preparing a child for 4 days missed work they call at 12:30pm to cancel for next morning surgery. Very rude and inconsiderate or their mistakes.

Very bad. Called in and told them that my insurance was changed but they still called my old insurance and I had to pay 130 for it. So I called them and told them about the situation and they said they will take it off. But 2 years later they mailed me a bill saying that I still own 130. Called them back but this time they said they had no clue and will not refund me my money.

The lady doing my exam was great. The lady processing insurance was unprofessional . The lady with the initial test with the machines was rude . The lady helping me purchasing my glasses was great. Picking up my glasses the lady was pretty rude as well.
