I could tell the difference in the way I was treated ,because I was there for a Social Security Disability exam ,the first medical assistant that performed test on my eyes was very respectful and professional ,she even had my eye glasses repaired ;however ,I felt a little hostility from the other medical staff who performed other eye test ,specially from the tech who performed the field vision test ,I am not just out to sit on my but and receive SSDI payments . It's just a short term solution ,I complete my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in August of 2019 and plan on working in the criminal Justice field .

Kind and caring staff. Was seen promptly and received a thorough exam.

Extremely rude. They called my family member and screamed at them. When I took the phone and I tried speaking, I was constantly cut off and rudely argued with as I tried asking questions. Lisa was the woman's name that called. I really dislike giving bad reviews, but you don't call and show rudeness to a 66 year old patient, who is already scared of the fact that she is going to have surgery.

From the time I made the appointment to the time I checked out, my experience was terrific. When I arrived, I was met by a very pleasant receptionist. My initial exams were conducted pleasantly and expeditiously. Dr Lucas, the Optometrist, conducted a complete analysis . She is simply outstanding. She is kind, thorough, a good listener and professional.

The front desk staff was awesome and friendly! The assistant that did my imaging was equally great to work with, and I really appreciated how Dr. Webb explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. Amazing staff and an all around great experience 10/10

At a time when I wasn't able to work m I was contacted by the lions club at university of Louisville medicine and doctors must have orchestrated everything with them lions club but they made me a set of glasses for 0 dollars. Free. It was something I really needed and my prayers were answered

This is the best eye care place in Louisville. I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Dr. Whitlow is so thorough and takes the time to really talk and listen with u. Everything was done to try and figure out what was going on and if they couldn’t do it they made sure they got me to someone who could quickly!
