What a joke. TheyJust canceled my appt that I had for months with a lame excuse that they have to limit the number of employees there. Time to find a new eye dr. Are you serious? A response 8 months later. Lol

Dr. Stovall is great, knowledgeable and respectful, his staff is great also. They have a nice selection of eyewear. I highly recommend Vance and Stovall.

My appointment was quick and easy. I don't enjoy the pressure I experience at some eye doctors offices to purchase glasses in the retail space immediately afterward and I was delighted to not experience any of that here. It was a pleasant and stress free appointment.

Dr Johnson has always been excellent. I've been going to her for over five years now. She was the first doctor to get me into contacts after I was unable to wear them for twenty years. I will always go to her and I will always recommend her to my friends and family

I really trust She was very thorough with my eye exam. I have diabetes and she took that information while examining my eyes. I will be 68 this month. I am experiencing memory issues. I met my new medical doctor and have new medication. I couldn’t remember either name. Dr. Johnson is very kind. I like her staff. They are helpful and professional. I feel safe with my results today.

My boyfriend & I stopped here to get our glasses adjusted ! Robbie did such a great job ! He was so nice and helpful ! The rest of the staff was also very nice, too ! Thank you for the great experience!

Friendly, courteous and easy staff to work with. I’ve been using Gaddie for 7 years or so and they are great. Doctors listen to you, they don’t interrupt and are very clear with their instructions and diagnosis.

If you need a great group for optometry services come here. Dr. Spencer, Anastasia, and Robby were amazing when I saw them. On time, polite, and very helpful. I'll keep coming back, year after year.

My personal experience at Visionworks 100 E. Market Street in Louisville, KY was awesome! My wait time was short and the doctor came right in and didn't make me feel rushed. Picking out glasses was enjoyable for me and the ladies that helped me was very friendly and patient while I tried on several pairs of frames. My glasses were ready in less then 24 hours! I Love this office and all of the people who work there!

I came here twice in one week all after 2 pm the first time I forgot my son’s prescription. They said nothing about appointments necessary after 2 pm. Today I was told I had to have an appointment. The place was empty all I needed was to pick out glasses we had our on prescription. We had to use Lyft so it cost over $20 to even get there. No where on website, flyers or doors does it say an appointment is needed. So if you need anything from this place make sure to call and make an appointment. They change up the rules daily.
