I went into Visionworks after my doctor's appointment a little after 2pm. The lady said they had stopped taking walk-ins at I believe she said 2pm, but since they weren't busy it was fine since I didn't have an appointment. The employees were professional and they got me through the eye exam, to see the doctor and selecting my frames in less than an hour. Plus my glasses were ready for pick up at 10am the following day. So I got in, got the eye exam, saw the doctor and glasses were ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. I will continue with their services from now on. Thank You Visionworks. I love the Westport Office. I always go to that office because they have the best customer care as usual,but this time they even outdid themselves. Now I don’t want to call names because I don’t want the other people there to get jealous, but one of the ladies there is just fabulous. She just know how to give personal service. Everyone very nice and professional Thorough exam. Didn’t like the fact they add insurance onto bill without even asking. Wanted to keep my sane frame said it would take 10 days to get I did not have a spare pair. I picked new frame and they were ready in 2 days.. seemed a little shady to me

Great customer service! We were visiting the area from out of state and my wife had an issue with her contacts. We inquired about purchasing contacts and they helped make sure our prescription was received from our eye doctor. They then GAVE my wife 2 new sets of contact lenses (2 months worth) for Free. They were kind, patient, hospitable and very helpful. If you have any eye care needs give them a visit!

I have worked with Dr. Sulkowski as my glaucoma specialist for over five years (before that, Dr. Williams for several years). As a surgeon, physician, and eye-care expert Dr. Sulkowski is second to none. The office runs smoothly and on-time, and all staff I’ve encountered are professional, well-trained, and friendly. As well, the doctors listen to your questions and concerns, always. When it comes to going the extra mile in vision care and treatment, Taustine Eye Center gets a high grade.

I am always nervous about going to doctor's appointments. But, the doctors at the Taustine Eye Center make you feel at ease. The entire staff is friendly from the girls at the front desk, the girls who take you back to the exam rooms, to the doctors. They all love answering all your questions and clearly care about you as a person not just as another patient that comes and goes. I highly recommend going to the Taustine Eye Center!! You won't regret it.

You might not always have a pleasant experience at a doctor's office, but you do at the Taustine Eye Center. I saw Dr. Hurt the first time and he really knows how to make a patient feel at ease. Most recently I saw Dr. Sulkowski. Apparently he replaced a doctor who had been there for many years and they sure got a good replacement in Dr. Sulkowski. He is nice as can be and you can tell he cares about all of his patents. Thanks Taustine Eye Center!!

Daniel Weinberg is great with patient. My son has been his patient for over 20 years. Always kind, respectful and willing to answer all questions. Very nice office staff.

I had a routine eye check up with some concerns I wanted to address. I was lucky to have a genuine, and passionate doctor named Mark Sullivan look after me. You can tell he really loves what he does for a living. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He went over all of my concerns with great patience, which sadly seems rare these days to find doctors like that. The front desk staff was pleasant as well. Definitely will be recommending this place to others!

Dr Weinberg, is very good at his craft. He knows about the eyes, and will ask for a second opinion from a specialist to confirm his findings. His staff need to be acknowledged for their fantastic customer service as well, I endorse this review.

Walked in on a whim to inquire about repair for my sunglasses. Sean kindly fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Next pair of lenses I purchase will be here—thank you!
