Took my ma to eye doctor. Nice waiting room. Comfortable oversized chairs in seating area. Right on corner of First ave.

Brett has very good customer service skills that are hard to find these days. He made my experience today fast and easy. He helped me order my contacts and made sure that I got the ones I wanted. He even had them shipped to my house. Thanks Brett I will definitely come back next year.

Dr Fung is a fantastic eye doctor - the best I've had. He regularly demonstrated his up to date knowledge in ophthalmic science, explains things in an easy to understand manner, and is sympathetic to his patients. I highly recommend him.

The atmosphere at this location is very unprofessional and low vibrational. Upon entry, there was hesitation with greeting and then when asking to look at the glasses in the enclosed vitrine, the staff delegated someone to stand at the door to supervise us. If this is standard practice, then that’s understandable but we were made to feel that it was very racially motivated. The lack of friendliness and desire to offer assistance was very loud and disturbing. It’s imperative to employ individuals who understand the importance of customer service and equality. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable when attempting to patronize a business. The receptionist was very empty and uninterested when these concerns were brought to their attention. Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Cervantes is very thorough and has never caused me to feel rushed. He is also friendly and I am comfortable talking with him. Also, the staff is absolutely the nicest group of folks. I am delighted to have been recommended to this practice.

Very glad I found my new go to eye clinic. Dr. Drew was thorough and listened to all my concerns. The man of the hour was Tai who helped me picked out my glasses. After meeting Tai, I now understand there are levels to this game and Tai has achieved the highest level. Tai knows all there is to know about finding the perfect pair. The most important thing, he cares. Tai is truly an artisan of his field. My brother from another mother, thank you Tai!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. W has done a great job on my lasik surgery years ago and now cataract surgery. Highly recommend Rochester Eye Care for your vision care.
