Dr. Holland is one of the best ophthalmologist I have ever had. I love his expertise in eye care and his wonderful mannerism.

I was greeted by the receptionist and she helped me get registered quickly by having all or most of my information already. The screening was quick and gentle. I really enjoy speaking with my doctor to help improve my sight or heighten it. I do feel that first time patients should be offer some type of discount when purchasing glasses from there. I overheard another customer service rep offer another patient a 20% discount and my rep did not offer me the same discount at all. Besides that hiccup everything was great. As I was checking out the receptionist inform me that they offer eye exams for babies 6 months for free and I am glad that is there once my little become 6 months we will be back at Draisin Vision for sure!!!

I loved my glasses and was so happy to receive them. Unfortunately I was in a terrible car accident and they were destroyed. I called Sears to order a new pair and explained what happen. She ordered me the same pair free of charge! They are wonderful there and highly recommended!!!!!

Dr. Lee P. Schelonka, MD is super super nice and explains everything very clearly so that a normal person can understand. His staff Christine is also very nice.

I got new glasses a few months ago and I still see blurry. I think I see better with my 5 year old glasses. I'm sorry but I think this place is a scam. They are probably trying to make money off people's misery.

OMG!!!! I am soooo glad I waited this long to have my Lasix procedure done. Dr. Shiuey was incredibly wonderful in explaining the procedure and was very honey as to what my experience would be post op. this is my week one after my Lasix and I couldn't be more happier. He is very knowledgeable and I felt so confident under his care. Kristin who arranged my procedure was so friendly and explained everything I had questions on. WONDERFUL TEAM. GO PAMF!!! oh and the new building is fabulous. so this is my 2 months follow up with Dr. Shiuey. My vision is still perfect except the fact that my eyes are at times a little dry, but this is an expected side effect as explained by Dr. Shiuey. I am still over the moon on having had my procedure. So for anyone who is still on the fence on having this done, think no further as this is the place to go. GOOGLE PEOPLE, I KNOW FOR A FACT A LOT OF YOU WEAR GLASSES! HAVE YOUR CUSTOM LASIX DONE BY DR. SHIUEY AND IT WILL BE LIFE CHANGING. Don't even think about it anymore and just go schedule an appointment with Kristin as she is such a jewel. From the initial consultation to post op it was very seamless. Again Thank you Dr. Shiuey for giving me back my vision.

I love this shop! I have yet to buy glasses from them (just got my first cheapo pair last year) but plan to visit them when I upgrade to progressive frames! Why the review you might ask? I've wandered into this shop twice, half blind, broken glasses in hand. Each time Dana the proprietress fixed them for free, refused to take my money, called me "neighbor" and implored me to come back anytime. "Mensch" doesn't begin to describe this woman! The customer service and over all warm inviting feeling at Medford Optical can't be beat! I'll be back and next time I'll spend some money, promise! :)))) Thanks again!

Doctor Ocran and her assistant made my appointment just a wonderful experience. Both were kind and patient that made me feel listened to and cared for. I’m looking forward to the surgery after it was explained to me so well after my examination. Thank you for the great visit! David
