I waited over 2 hours for this appt only to be told I needed to reschedule as my doc was unavailable. Needless to say, I did not reschedule. Extremely poorly run professional practice. Time to move on. Think twice before going to this office!

The capital regions biggest ongoing social experiment - How long can we make people wait!? Apparently 2 hours! This place needs some competition. There is clearly a need for eye specialists in the area as both this location and the Troy office are always bursting with people willing to wait literal HOURS to be seen! The doctors are decent

Very friendly staff that creates a comfortable environment. Best part is, I can see!!! Amazing lenses. Hard to explain to others, but life changing. I highly recommend Dr. Wong if you have cataracts.

Yesterday was my first coming here and I had an amazing experience. The whole staff was kind and welcoming. Dr A was so very professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole experience. I really love this location

I’ve been a patient of dr Herring for 11 years, he and his staff have been very consistent in my Treatment, Care and Warmth. Due to the issue of my eyes I’m able to see with the treatment that dr Herring has prescribed. Thanks Miss Retina!
