The staff at this locations was AMAZING!!! The customer service that was giving was top notch and that’s why I continue to keep returning here for all my eye care needs. Angel is great at what he does and I can always count on him to keep my glasses maintenance properly! Keep up the great work..

The experience when visiting this office is really wonderful, the staff has excellent patient care. They are very kind and Doctor Edgar Cáceres is a great human being. He is very friendly and takes his time to explain everything and makes you feel very comfortable. They really deserve more than 5 stars.

I was happy customer of Foothill Optometry for last 7 years but not any more. With Total vision taking it over, this has become a worst Optometric one can visit to. We had to visit this place several times in last few months just to get accurate contact lens prescription for my teen age daughter as they made mistake and provided completely wrong prescription, my daughter could barely see anything and that's when we realized something is not right. It took them more than three months to get the order finalized. Most importantly, I experienced absolutely horrible and extremely rude customer service (after calling them three times), when I called to cancel order for the contact lens within an hour after we placed the order. I have never received this kind of response from a customer rep in last 20 years. They just don’t CARE. Certainly, this place has gone down the hill..so fast. Avoid this place at any cost !

Dr. Mackowsky, & his wife, are the best ive seen to date. I have had glasses for 40 years now & have seen numerous optometrists. I dont think I've ever gotten a more correct prescription before this doctor. All my kids see him, as well. Im not too sure about the walmart optical shoppe's offering of glasses & such, but Dr. Mackowsky is top notch. Reasonably priced, as well. As long as i live here, i will keep him. If you do get your glasses made @ the walmart eye center (or whatever its called), skip the anti-reflective/anti-glare coating! It causes your lenses to get scratches 100 times worse than without it. I got it once & i could barely see, for the scratches. I used a microfiber cloth only to clean them, too.

NO ONE IS PRESENT TO HELP. I've showed up to the store many times and no one is ever there. My calls are never returned. I got insurance for my glasses only to pay an extra fee because I can't get a replacement. You guys need to get a booking system so that we can book an appointment since you do NOT wish to be at the store to help us. I was told yesterday by the JC PENNY Manager that Daniel was on lunch @ 5pm when they close at 6pm. California law you must take it within 5hours of clocking in. She then said "oh maybe he is gone for the day" what a joke! I wasn't the only upset client, there was another lady there too.

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable eye doctor. They offer So much more then just glasses and contacts. Highly recommend for any and all eye care needs.

Dorothy Marsh- patient- Dr Murrah is wonderful! He gave me most thorough eye exam I've ever had and explained what he's doing! New to area and feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Murrah! He and his nurse are fantastic!

Desert Eye Associates is always very helpful with me. I am handicap in a wheelchair and they move things out of their way to accommodate me and fit my chair; then adjust their machines to come to my level. Dr Felix is always friendly and helpful as well as the other people in the office. I’ve been going to them for quite a few years now. They are very professional and yet flexible. I would highly recommend them to people.

Been coming here a long time. I’ve taken frames that I got online that don’t sit quite right on my face just right in before and they will adjust them at no cost.

wow! We just left and I couldn’t wait to write this review. Starting with the establishment, clean open and very welcoming. Dr. Wahab is hands down the best. I’ve had multiple exams in the past but i can’t say I’ve left with this amount of knowledge I gained today. Easy to talk with and you can tell he truly cares. Then you meet Jody, this beautiful easy going woman who will take her time while you try on glasses and give you an honest opinion. She was very patient as it took me over an hour to decide on frames. Overall great experience and this will be our optometrist moving forward! 10/10
