Rude front staff. Also, they took almost 2 weeks to get my son’s glasses and never called when they were ready for pick up. Had to call multiple times to check on status of the glasses. Also, for some reason when I called, they said they accept my insurance and later charged me more than my insurance co pay and provided no explanation for not accepting my insurance.

My appointment was at 2:30. Was called back at 3:10. Dental assistant was very professional. After she dilated my eyes, had to return to waiting room for them to dilate. Approximately 30 minutes later was called back to see Dr. Roberts. He was thorough and very professional. Left at 4:25 pm. I was not offered sun glasses and I forgot to ask. I remembered as soon as I started to drive. Had trouble seeing, but made it home safely. My eyes were still dilated when I went to bed at 9:30pm. Tests showed my eyes were normal.Highly recommend. Dr. Roberts has beenmy opthmalogist for years .

The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. They went out of their way to quickly assist my sight compromised 89 yr old mother with repairs on her frames multiple times. I recommend them highly. It’s not often now a days to get such good customer service with a smile.

Dr. Christian came highly recommended from other moms in a local facebook group. I took my 5 year old son to see her today. She had the best bedside manor and was so sweet and informative. Dr. Christian made him feel comfortable and explained exactly what she was going to do. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric eye doctor.

I came in to fix some sunglasses I ruined sitting on them and then trying to fix them myself. They told me they would do their best and they fixed them perfectly. It only took a few minutes and they were so nice! I think the girl that helped my was named Saphyre bc it’s the name on my receipt hahah

Very professional. A good experience

Dr. Rosenberg is very knowledgeable and thorough, explains my situation and answers my questions in a manner that is very understandable while not making me feel he's 'talking down' to me. I have been seeing him for 11 years for a retina issue and for 2 years about AMD and haven't got a single complaint in all that time about him.
