Horrible customer service. Waited 3 1/2 hours to be told my chart was missing. Terrible service

I came from Mississippi to have an eye appointment with America's Best. I had been there many years ago. The people I dealt with were nice. Chloe was really nice and helpful. She had a good attitude as did LaTrenda who was refreshing. Dr. Grant was also very nice for a virtual experience. The only complaint I have is that I had to get to work and I asked if I could order the glasses online. I was told that I could. Once I got to work and called I was told that was incorrect information. I would have to drive back to the store. That was 55 miles away. Inaccurate information really can be disappointing. Atleast the instore experience was a plus.

I was scheduled quickly for a new increase in floaters. After arriving for my appt, I was seen in timely fashion and had an opportunity to ask questions. Dr Patron was very knowledgeable and explained the situation to me. I appreciated the care I received.

Terrible! Worst experience I’ve ever had in a life time of Eye Doctors. Did NOT FARE WELL WITH CATARACT SURGERY. He promised to redo surgery if eye was not clear. When this was needed he said he never said that. Ordered 3 new pair of glasses and all done wrong! And I’m stuck with these Out thousands of dollars. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE! Very good place! I had an appt for me and my daughter, who happened to nap in the car and was very upset when I woke her up for the exam. They reschedule her for me and were very understanding of the situation. The doctor explains everything during/after the exam and seems to be very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

Because the online text review Sightmd offers is grossly inadequate I am writing here. First, I gave three stars to balance between the wonderful doctors and the horrible Sightmd company My family has used the Little Neck practice since before Sightmd took over. The doctors-including Dr Sforza who we use now- have been terrific. Dr. Sforza makes you feel as if you are his only patient. However, whereas before Sightmd took over the general service in Little Neck was great, with Sightmd the service is terrible. On several occasions the wait was over an hour before even the first stage of the visit and the entire visit was two hours. THAT NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. Sightmd has turned a great and efficient practice into a marathon. It is so bad that we are contemplating leaving even though Dr Sforza is wonderful and caring. It seems evident to me that Sightmd has become a meat market, caring more about shoveling in as many patients as possible and ignoring prompt care. Again, I give Dr. Sforza a FIVE but Sightmd a one.

Awesome experience, I'm so glad I found Vincent's so close to home and they accept my insurance. Paul is great, very personable and no high pressure selling. I went just for reading glasses, but went back to upgrade my driving glasses to Transition lenses.

The staff at Stockdale Optometry are helpful and positive in their desire to help you. Dr. Aoyama has been professional and helpful meeting my personal vision needs. I recommend this office to others for their visual assessments and health.
