Don’t go here unless you don’t value your time, my appt was at 9:00 never called back to a room till 9:45, had eyes dilated and sat and waited patiently, finally walked out at 10:30, they called me on my phone at 10:50 looking for me. Not once did they say they were running behind.

Dr. Michel and his team are the absolute best. His team is very friendly and he is one of the most personable doctors I've ever met. Even a year after my surgery (which went very well), he is still willing to take my phone calls whenever I have questions. Best doctor I've ever had.

Dr Garretson and his Staff are friendly, professional and thorough. Over the years I’ve received excellent recommendations for cataract surgery and corrective lenses. I never feel rush during exams and Dr. Garretson spends what ever time needed to answer questions. I would recommend his care.

As a former employee of Phoenix Children's Hospital, I never thought I'd be leaving a review, but here we are. My 6 month old was referred to ophthalmology by her pediatrician for ptosis (or a droopy eyelid). I was pleased with how quickly they got me in when I called to schedule on July 22nd (next day). We went and saw Dr. Fecarotta at the Mercy Gilbert location-he was okay. My daughter had to have her eyes dilated for him to exam her. The medical assistant came in and pulled the eye drops from her scrub pocket. She placed the drops in my squirmy girls eyes. 30 minutes later my daughter was examined by the doctor. Dr. Fecarotta said her eyes were healthy and we were on our way. Four days later, on Saturday, my girls left eye, not even the one with the droopy lid, had green discharge and was constantly tearing. I assumed the start of conjunctivitis. I reached out to her pediatrician and we started drops the next day. The whites of her eyes never became red but she woke up with redness under her eye. We followed up with her doctor less than a week after seeing ophthalmology. She was diagnosed with pre septal or peri orbital cellulitis and had to be put on oral antibiotics. What exactly is the protocol for multi-use patient bottles?! Cause it's not working. I'm supposed to follow up in 6 months but don't feel comfortable with that. It's even worse when they tell your daughter's pediatrician they'll reach out to you and so you wait a week and still nothing.

I have worn glasses for the majority of my life and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Last year, I went to Piedmont for their glasses selection. I worked with Julian. He was extremely patient with me and helped me maximize my benefits. I was so impressed with his service, I decided to actually get my eyes checked by Piedmont this year. Dr Barrows was very knowledgeable and diagnosed that I suffered from dry eyes. He provided me with the tools to help with this problem and my eyes feel dramatically better. Julian was there to help me with my eyeglass selection once again. As always, he was very attentive and patient as I am quite picky and was looking for a certain style of glasses. With his help, I found the perfect pair. I am so happy I found Piedmont Eyecare. They are in a class of their own!

Dr. Sober gave me the best eye exam I've had in 40 years, and he found the cause of my eye problem that 3 other doctors, including 2 surgeons, couldn't find.

I’m giving it a 4 star because the girl that walked us in was nice, the Dr. Is very professional and so was the guy that helped us pick the glasses.HOWEVER the lady at the front desk had this passive aggressive attitude ,the least she could do is be nice after all she is greeting people in.

I took my three kids to go get their eyes tested and look for eye glasses. I had Gabby and Courtney help us out with glasses and Marissa talked to us about Lasik. They also helped us find the best deals for the glasses we wanted. I was impressed with how friendly everyone was and willing to help us out. We had a positive experience and will go back again!

I don't think I can explain in words how happy we were with Dr. Ruth. After seeing numerous Drs out of State before moving back to Colorado we were beyond nervous to find someone we trusted to care for our son from our previous expieriences. From our first appointment with Dr. Ruth we could tell she was extremely knowledgeable, was able to communicate and answer our questions as well as up until his surgery was always more then willing to answer all of our questions over the phone that we thought of later on understanding that we were nervous parents. She did an amazing job on his surgery and his eyes are perfectly aligned and working together. We are so thankful for her knowledge, work and for caring. We highly recommend her and can't thank her enough for taking care of our son Mason.
