Dr. DiLeo and his staff have looked after me and my eyes for nearly a decade. I love visiting them because I don’t feel like just a number. He takes special care to make sure you feel comfortable and assists you in getting your eyes thoroughly examined. The check-in, pre-testing and Exam all went well. When it was time for me to pay, the associate (short, possibly Hispanic) told me the visit would cost nearly $1000. The exam plus a years with of contacts. Once I explained to her, I was just getting the exam and my prescriptions, she continued to pressure me to buy my contacts from them. “Ok, so you’re not getting a years worth, how about you get a 6 month supply, etc..” I had to tell her a total of 5 times I was not buying contacts and I’d only pay $209 for the eye exam. It was weird and now I don’t know about going back, ever. I was told I could not leave with my contacts Rx and it would be mailed to me since I wasn’t buying contacts from them. It was a really bizarre experience and it left me feeling really disappointed with an otherwise perfect optometrist visit. I’ll wait a week and hopefully I’ll get the prescription for my contacts, if not, I guess I’ll have to go back.

I've been a customer for about 6 years and go back each year because Dr. Pacheco is great. I'd give her 5 stars. But I leave every year feeling like I got ripped off by the eyeglass/lens portion of the business. There's no transparency on costs. This year they didn't even ask what items I want they just laid out what my package was going to be and pushed back when I started asking for a breakdown of costs and insurance coverage then aggressively pushed for keeping features that they were certain I needed. Last year I showed up with a Pearl Vision coupon I received because I'm on their email list and was told I couldn't use it because "this is an independently owned franchise and they don't honor PV coupons". Which is ridiculous that they can benefit from people becoming customers but then not honor coupons that their own company distributes to their customers. After going home today and doing a mock Warby Parker price quote with frames and lenses that included all the bells and whistles like transition lenses, anti scratch, antiglare, UV protection, etc. My cost without insurance still would have been less than what I paid at this place with insurance and I didn't even get frames or some of these features. I won't be purchasing anything from here any longer and may only go back for the exams.

Jess in the vision center was very kind and patient when it came to helping me order contacts. He was also very knowledgeable. He made the whole process very quick and easy. Will definitely be returning when my supply runs out.

I took my young daughter there and the Optometrist as well as the nurses were very nice and patient with her.

I've been going to Levin eye Care for over 10 years and very nice people convenient they are very professional you get in and they get you out I had a complete eye exam also informed me I may have glaucoma and picked out the glasses I wanted frames and they said they'd be done as soon as possible 2 weeks at the most they had me out in less than 30 minutes. Dr Rosati was very thorough, personable and professional. This was my first visit and he explained everything he was doing. He answered my questions without hesitation.

Dr. Angelo was very thorough in explaining all the different tests, the options for glasses or contacts, very personable and focused on us, the clients.

Ruby M. gave great customer service and helped us find the best plan to help us find the perfect glasses. She offered us a wide variety of options in glasses selection and all while being very polite.

The entire experience was awesome. Every person that was a part of the team was professional, kind and caring. Dr Patel was thorough and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Very pleased with the level of customer service. Would recommend to others.

The level of professionalism from the doctor & staff was 10/10. They were very kind and explained everything thoroughly to me.

I've been seeing Dr. Wong for years. She's always taken great care of my eyes, and the lens prescriptions are dead on. No issues getting in for appointments and great bedside manner. Highly recommend!
