Dr, Citro and his staff are very good at what they do, however the wait times can get a little long.

Dr. Chandler Drakes at Stamford Family Vision Center is absolutely amazing. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients, and every time my family or I see her, we feel like a priority. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to make sure everything is explained and that our vision care is exactly where it should be. Dr. Drakes has helped not only my family but also members of my staff get their vision corrected and properly cared for. What makes her even more special is her dedication. She has even come in during her off hours to help families when they needed care. That level of compassion and commitment is rare to find. Dr. Chandler Drakes has truly been a blessing to my company, my family, and myself. I highly recommend her and Stamford Family Vision Center to anyone looking for exceptional vision care.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional Doctor. I only see him once per annum because he has always declared my eyes are excellent.

I gave 1 star because I like Dr. Trusty and have been coming here since 2016. The staff on the other hand is horrible. They won’t let you see the doctor if you arrive 10 mins late. They are unprofessional on the phone. I’m standing in your lobby, it is empty and you can’t see me for a re-check. Don’t order your glasses here! I ordered progressive lenses and and they didn’t order them right (room spins when I wear them) and the staff refuse to send them back so I’m out of money. I’ve had enough and won’t be back.

From sign in, including exam service, optical center and check out, my entire experience was phenomenal. Dr. Arriete and her assistant went above and beyond! Every task was explained thoroughly, service was exceptional. It was definitely worth traveling an hour and a half!!! Thank you
