I am frustrated beyond measure. I had my appointment for contacts in April. Ever since I have been trying to get my prescription. I called, I emailed, I left voice mails. Finally a lady at the office said that she will mail me the prescription. She did........but it was a prescription for glasses not contacts. Are you people serious? It has been 6 months. I have been without contacts for 6 freeking months. Refund me the money if you can't give me my prescription. Ridiculous.

Dr. Riedel and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going here for years for eye exams, and my appointments are both thorough and efficient (not to mention they always start right on time). Dr. Riedel has some of the nicest staff of any doctor/medical office I've ever been to. I highly recommend going here for all your optometry needs.

The doctor explains everything very well. He believes in giving diet and lifestyle advice, which is great. He didn’t jump right to the most expensive treatment, which I appreciated the recommended some good products which I purchased at the office which was reasonably priced. The office was impeccably clean overall I would highly recommend this office, I was very impressed

Had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Marcotty! The last eye doctor I took my son to with concerns about the alignment of his left eye said he saw no problems and was kind of a jerk in the way that he smoke to me like I was inferior. Dr. Marcotty not only took the time to make sure to figure out the problem, but was also very friendly and professional. My son is 21 months and he was great with him even though my son was fussy the whole time! This guy definitely knows what he is doing and we are so appreciative! He was recommend to us and now I know why! Thankfully we can start trying to correct my son's vision problem! Highly recommend!

just finished leaving the office & honestly i’m disgusted on how i was just treated . my appointment was for 2:45 & it’s now 3:26 and they waited all this time to tell me that i needed to go elsewhere because i wrote a review 4 yrs ago on how i waited about two months to receive my glasses . he was very rude especially in front of daughters who were in the room with mei honesty don’t recommend this place at all . if you knew you weren’t going to see me from the beginning you should of never waisted my time by booking an appointment for me to begin with !

Great service. Quick and easy! Mom needed cataract surgery, they helped us in every way. She’s now in recovery and is on the right path. Great place and definitely recommended.

Friendly Staff

All i know is there is no reason what so ever for it to take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to check a person's eyes. They stack all their patients in there with no concern of how much of their day is wasted sitting in a waiting room an hr past the appointment time. And this is the second time this has happened.

The lenses keep falling out of the frames..I've replaced the 2 screws myself when they fell out. Both screws are there and the right lenses has fallen out again. Going back to my old glasses for awhile until I find someone other than Costco to fix them.

I have been a patient since before she moved to her currant location. When she moved I went with her because she gives the best care and knowledge of my eyes I could ever have. Dr. Fabrizio is professional, friendly, and wanting the best for you type of doctor. Her support staff it stellar and most helpful. From helping pick out the color of your contacts or glasses frames to knowing about your insurance coverage they are there to serve and do it very well. When I leave I feel like I know all about my eye and vision needs. I recommend this office when ever the subject of eyes comes up because I'm confident they will take great care of those I send their way.
