I had a great experience at Kaiser Optometry. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and easy from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, but I especially want to recognize Suranda Madrilejos for the excellent service. Suranda was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel comfortable. She took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of rather than rushed. That kind of service really stands out. It is always appreciated when someone does their job with both professionalism and genuine care, and Suranda absolutely did that. Thank you to Kaiser Optometry and especially to Suranda for making the experience such a good one.

I was on vacation from Michigan and accidentally badly bent one of the temples of my Cazal frames. I worried since they were the only pair of eyeglasses I brought with me on the trip and they are prescription eyeglasses, that my vacation was ruined. I took my glasses to My Optical Shop and was greeted by a personable and friendly man named George. Not only did he fix my bent frame, but he made them look like new! I am forever grateful for his expertise and highly recommend anyone needing eyeglass repairs to take your frames to My Optical Shop.

My daughter had her glasses made twice, and it turns out they were the glasses they recommended, but they didn't work either time I sent them back for repair. The wire keeps coming loose, which is dangerous for children; it can get into their eyes. Can anyone be held responsible for this?

My son no longer needs glasses. He has worn glasses since he was 3 years old. Dr. Wiley is the best! The whole team is amazing.

Dr. Desai is an incredible provider. She is professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff are also very friendly and professional. The entire experience of getting my annual eye exam was great. The practice has definitely earned themselves a lifelong patient.

What a great place. Dr. McCallen was so kind and caring and attentive. The staff helped me through my insurance and I’ve got everything I need now! Really can’t recommend them enough.
